    Would not recommend!

We had a very disappointing visit with this tour. The itinerary we got was different to what we paid for. We stayed at the ruins for 30 minutes and had to pay for that separately we also only spend 30 minutes at the eco park and that was also a $20 ticket each. It seemed like you were paying for a very expensive taxi ride. We didn't go snorkelling or to the beach club and when we asked for a refund for the beach club then insisted we said we didn't want to go. We went to otoch instead of the beach club which was a massive tourist trap. We treated ourselves to a very expensive bottle of tequila which the cork was badly made and leaked in our luggage so we wasted 2/3 of the $130 bottle due to the cork not fitting properly. We were not happy with this experience. Lunch was fine but basic and they charged a lot for drinks and extras. I wouldn't recommend this trip. We booked it mainly for the eco park and only saw a tiny bit for $20. The driver also told us that we hadn't tipped enough at the end of the day and we were expected to tip $40. It cost us $300 for two of us for the 5 hours and came away feeling taken advantage of and like we could have done a better job ourselves.

Response from the operator: these were his written words at the end of the tour *arturo was a great host we hat a good day, he was very informative + helpful, we recommend* is a littler confuse your comments!

Claudio was the BEST tour guide- would go again

Our tour guide Claudio was the BEST. He was friendly, early to the pickup, had cold beverages for us the entire day, took us to several great places and made sure we were entertained. We learned way more about Cozumel history than anticipated. He even took us snorkeling and went with us to point out the best spots underwater. Claudio definitely went the extra mile & we highly recommend both the tour and especially Claudio as your tour guide.

Response from the operator: We are looking forward to hearing this, thank you very much for the trust.

Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins cost?

    +

Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins take?

Is Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins?

Is Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Amazing Jeep Tour Visit Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio Ruins start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
