Buyers beware
I am extremely disappointed! with my booking to Alhambra with this third party booking. I made a 11:30am reservation in advance of my trip to Alhambra, where i was also visiting Seville and other parts of Spain. After making the online booking I received and email details for my 11:30am tickets; with this i made train reservations, lunch, etc…. as the booking stated to allow ourselves 2-3 hours at Alhambra. The agency emailed final tickets details less than 24 hours of my visit to Alhambra and the were scheduled section for the attractions. Please note the main attraction was not until 3:30pm, this was 4 hours after the suggested time of 2-3 hours duration. We tried to switch times for either the entry or train rides but we were unable too and had to miss the main attraction, the palace garden. We were extremely disappointed with the booking. The agency should have shared the details of the day in advance of our booking, not less than 24 hours.

Scam
I was scammed by this agency. They charged by credit card 307.22 USD for 2 tickets did not even include a guided tour. The actual cost should have been $22 euros per ticket, approximately 50.96 USD. I was charged 6.03 times the value of the tickets. SCAM through and through! PLEASE DO NOT USE VIATOR.

Great tour around the Alhambra. Impressive site! We booked tickets too late which meant we had to pay a premium price with Viator but the service was good.

Bad experience. We paid and arrived on time exactly at the meeting point however received message notification that the tickets are not secured yet and might not be even possible for today. I had to drive 2 hours from Marbella; wasted gasoline and time for nothing. So unprofessional.
