Pick up didn't stop and drove past us
We were given the exact place to get picked up when purchasing through Tui. We literally watched the driver fly by us with no intention of stopping and TUI won't refund the money. Literal waste of money. We booked another trip for longer and much cheaper the next day through our hotel.

Awesome experience 5 star service
They treated us like 5 star guests. Saw dolphins and whales. Lovely lunch included and drinks. We recommend highly and will be returning when we next come to Tenerife

Fabulous
Me and my partner were greeted by Jeanette who was amazing explaining everything about the trips. So we decided to book the 4 hour trip with lunch, swim and fantastic views of the whales. Jeanette made sure everything was perfect for us and was so genuinely friendly. The crew on board were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful trip
This was a lovely experience. My review will start from the beginning of the morning. The bus was slightly later than we were told pick up would be. This wasn’t really a big issue as they wait for everyone to get to the dock just a little annoying having to wait around sat in the sun. The welcoming onto the boat was warm and friendly and all the staff were very approachable. You get a picture taken as you get onto the boat and later into the trip you get the option to look at the photos and purchase if you’d like to. The whole trip was lovely, calm and relaxing from my point of view. This was adults only which was nice. Unlimited drinks on board between soft drinks and beer and a light lunch was served half easy through this was nice. We got to see dolphins during the trip and whales but they were sleeping hut the crew gave you ample time to have a look from the boat before setting off to an area suitable for swimming in the sea. You were given plenty of time in the sea if this is something you wish to do. Then on the way back to the port they served everyone and ice cream. Overall this was a lovely morning and I would defiantly do it again. I apologise as I do not remember the three male staff members names but all three were welcoming, warm and a lot of fun.
