Would not recommend
The worst trip. The transportation was over 2 hours late to pick us up. There is so much downtime sitting around at the tour. They try to up sale you on everything. The road to get into the place is a dirt long road that the transportation can only drive about 3-5 miles per hour. I would not recommend this company at all. There are so many other tours out there that offer the same accommodations but have much better service.

Great time!
Super fun experience overall…The ATV ride, zip lining, and cenote were all worth it and the guides were great. Everything felt organized and safe, and we had an amazing time. Only warning: be careful with the photo pricing. We were told one thing and ended up being charged more than expected, so definitely clarify the total before paying. Besides that, highly recommend for a fun adventure day in Mexico. My partner and I would definitely do this again!

Time consuming
Everyone was so nice at the excursion but I must say I don’t like how we were getting fished for pick up and the driver had literally just arrived. Also it says approximately 5 hours but this took up our whole day we got picked up at 12 and didn’t get back until 8pm. Another thing is there’s too much waiting in between the different excursions, we did atv first (which the road was dangerous and I felt unsafe) but we have to wait an hour to start the next excursion. Everyone was cool but this took up way too much time

Fun Activities, but Poor Communication
We did the jungle ATV, zip lining, and cenote excursion in cancun, and overall it was an okay experience, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations. The biggest issue was communication and timing. The pickup arrived late, and we weren’t notified until I reached out. The delays were about 20–40 minutes, which was frustrating. We also were not informed ahead of time that the drive to the location is around 1.5 hours each way, with the return taking even longer due to rush hour traffic. On top of that, the last few kilometers into the jungle are on a very bumpy dirt road, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The tour guides were good and friendly, and once we arrived, the activities themselves were enjoyable. For anyone booking, a few tips: bring a t-shirt for zip lining instead of wearing a bikini top, sunglasses and a banana to protect your eyes/face during the ATV ride and bug spray. They do provide this at a little store in the jungle for an additional cost. Lastly, they do take photos during the experience as they do not aloud phones (only during the cenote we were aloud phones), but those are available at an additional cost. Overall, the excursion had fun elements, but better communication and clearer expectations would have significantly improved the experience.

Why this scores 60
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 257 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun?
+
Around 90 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Adrenaline Tour with ATV, Ziplines and Cenote from Cancun start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
