Worth going! Zip lines were supe cool
This place is pretty cool. We got lucky and didn't really have to wait in any lines. Maybe just one. The zip lines were pretty cool. The last one when you land in the water will wake ya up! The little carts were ok, not as much fire and cool red lights as I was expecting, but cool. Very bumpy road. The only thing I would comment on is the freezing water. But that's not going to change. Yes, it's hot and humid, but we couldn't swim in the cave because the water was too cold. So a little disappointing. But all in all- a cool place. We never go our photos, which we paid for, so I need to contact them.

We're glad to hear that you didn't have to wait in long lines and that you found the zip lines exhilarating, especially the one that ends in the water. It sounds like a thrilling experience! Basic Tourist Activity
Xplor was okay. A lot of walking through caves and everything is spread out a ways. The swimming through the caves and doing obstacles were fun. Wasn't to impressed with the jungle cruise as the buggy (#51) I was in had a hard time going up the small inclines and at one point was unable to make it up and needed a push from someone behind me before I could make it up to finish the course. The raft was fun, but will definitely test your relationship and team work skills with your partner if you do it as a pair. So if you want to avoid any frustration I'd recommend doing a solo raft. Disappointed in the fact we weren't able to do the long zipline in the dark due to wait time and having to make it back to the shuttle on time, so we settled on the short which was only 3 lines all of which, the last line lands you in water (becareful as you will get an enema, if you go backwards, trust me not fun) Wasn't able to do the hammock zipline but looked fun. The buffet had a very large variety of food options. (Cheese burgers, chicken, pork, marrow, steak, vegi options, salads, fruit to sushi even) what I had was good, and didn't upset my stomach (which says a lot) Like any activity it's expensive to buy anything. Especially the photo packages (2 people it was over 100 USD) and you aren't allow to bring your go pro. Make sure you bring close toed shoes that you don't mind getting wet as some activities require them, unless you want to pay $45 USD for a pair of basic water shoes.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your detailed review of the All Inclusive Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancun and Playa del Carmen. We appreciate your honest feedback and insights into your experience. It's great to hear that you enjoyed certain aspects of the tour, such as swimming through the caves and the fun obstacles. We're glad you found the rafting experience enjoyable, even though it posed some challenges in teamwork. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with buggy #51 during the jungle cruise and the disappointment regarding the long zipline and hammock zipline. Your feedback regarding the ziplines and rafting will be taken into consideration for future improvements. We're pleased to hear that you found the buffet to offer a wide variety of food options and that the quality of the food was satisfactory. We understand your concerns about the additional expenses for photo packages and water shoes, and we'll take this feedback into account to ensure transparency in pricing and options for guests in the future. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another adventure in the future. If you have any further feedback or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

False advertisement
This post is false advertisement. It says all inclusive alcohol but the park doesn’t even allow alcohol inside. They have closed liquor or beer you can PURCHASE at the end in the gift shop. The people running my tour didn’t even have a clue when I showed them this post nor did the employees inside the park. The only reason I booked this post was because of the all inclusive alcohol but I could have booked cheaper ones through a different company. The employees inside the park even told me to report this post. Absolutely ridiculous anyone would think this is ok.
Response from the operator: We regret your experience, we offer you an apology it was an error on the page that showed that alcoholic beverages are included, when what we include are energizing juices, hot drinks, among others, since it is a park with extreme activities, for security reasons it is not possible to offer this type of beverage . Logically, it is unlikely that someone will sell you an extreme park with alcoholic beverages. In addition to the fact that an alcoholic drink for these types of parks does not define the type of service or improve the experience as they are extreme activities. At souvenirs or gif stores always sell alcoholic drinks but is for a gif or souvenirs, never for drinking at parks. If you book a tour with us again, we will offer you a discount and we will pay more attention to providing you with information to avoid inconvenience.

Post lies to get money
I chose this experience because it said all inclusive alcohol then when I got to the park they said they don’t even allow alcohol on the property. I showed the staff members this post and they were all confused. Don’t book through this post, it’s a lie to get you to book.

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen cost?
+
Prices start at $170 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Adrenaline Tour Xplor Fuego from Cancún & Playa del Carmen start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
