Not worth the time and money
I think its well overpriced, Front desk staff were not very warm and welcoming, Forms filled out were a bit intrusive but basically it was making them non responsible for any injuries that may occur on the zip lines that were very unsafe, not supervised, I wouldn't allow our children to go up and there's a no refund policy. Definitely not worth the travel from Lautoka, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Response from the operator: Bula Vinaka, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We regret if our front desk service came across as unwelcoming, as providing warm Fijian hospitality is something we take seriously. Your comments have been shared with our team for review and improvement. With regard to the forms, these are standard safety waivers required across adventure and nature parks worldwide. They are designed to ensure guests are fully informed and to comply with insurance and regulatory requirements, especially for activities such as ziplining. Safety remains our top priority, and all adventure activities are operated under established procedures, equipment checks, and supervision protocols. Participation in activities is always optional, particularly for children, and parents are encouraged to make decisions they are comfortable with. Our pricing reflects the upkeep of a large conservation park, animal care, staff training, safety compliance, and ongoing environmental and educational programs. We understand that value can be subjective, and we respect that our offering may not suit everyone. Our no-refund policy is clearly communicated at the time of booking and aligns with industry standards, as staffing and operational costs are committed in advance. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and we thank you for visiting. Vinaka vakalevu.

Upon Close & Personal
The park enclosure was very large, and your 1st activity is being greeted by the lovely ladies holding the snake and the iguana. My children were a bit hesitant as they had never been that close up to these type of reptiles. However, they were brave enough to hold the iguana by my son, and my daughter had the snake drapped on her shoulders was a highlight for them. Following feeding the turtles and that was exciting for them both to see too. Then we made our way through seeing the bird life and was excited to see owls and bats. The stairs were wide enough to walk to the next activity, the tree top zip lining, and that was thrilling for us all as it was our 1st time too and very safe from the great instructor. Finally, kids loved the water slide and went on it numerous times and also played in the kids' water play area, right opposite the eatery. Toilets were close by and an outdoor shower to rinse off, too. My husband thoroughly enjoyed how the enclosure was full of trees that shaded that area well with a cool breeze listening to the rustling and the multiple bats that were hanging in the treetops. We stayed for lunch, and the meals were portioned well, which we purchased wine to savor the day. The prices were expensive but worth everycent, but if you are not doing any of the activities, you can purchase the admission only & observe the peacefulness. Overall, we had 4 plus hrs of a fun filled day. Vinaka

3.5 Stars. Not great value, but still fun for the young kids.
3.5 Stars. Not great value, but still fun for the young kids. We came to Kula and surprisingly ended up staying for like 4.5hrs. The wildlife part is pretty limited, with a few birds, 3 turtles in a bath, and some reptiles. The kids (6 and 9) enjoyed holding Brian the Iguana and feeding the three Hawksbill Turtles, but it took all of 20mins to see that. We splashed out on the zip line and waterslide, which made it an expensive outing. $127fjd for Adults and half for kids - plus about $85fjd for lunch - so all up over $450fjd for the visit. The zip line is sufficiently fun for the young kids. Two lengths of about 100 and 75meters. Enough for mini thrill seekers. While the waterslide kept them busy for ages probably going on it 15times. It was a nice change up from a resort pool for sure. Would recommend for young family. Won't come back. May as well pay for the zip line and waterslide as they're the highlights.

Extremely expensive for what it is. $120 for myself and a senior to sit at the cafe and supervise my children. $360 for kids to do zipline and waterslide, looked at animals for 10 minutes. turtles in a tiny pond. would be great if they offered a family pass or senior discount.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback and for visiting us with your family. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the experience did not provide value for money. Our admission includes access to Fiji’s only waterslides, canopy zip rails, and the opportunity to see many of Fiji’s rarest wildlife, but we understand this may not always align with what every family is looking for. We do take suggestions like family passes and senior discounts seriously, and your comments will be shared with our team as we review our offerings. We appreciate your input as it helps us continue improving for our guests.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Viti Levu.
How much does Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Viti Levu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Viti Levu is not rushed.
Is Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 49 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Viti Levu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides?
+
Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Viti Levu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Viti Levu and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Admission + 2x Zip Line + Unlimited Water Slide Rides start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Viti Levu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Viti Levu?
+
On Outty we rank every Viti Levu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cruisin’ Fiji: Monuriki, Mana Sand Bar & Snorkelling Day Cruise, River Tubing Fiji, Navua River, Naihehe Cave Safari in Sigatoka with BBQ Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Viti Levu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Viti Levu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
