Fun, safe and exciting!
Eric was very professional and friendly. His knowledge of the islands and the reefs was extensive. He made sure every person felt comfortable and had a good time. I felt safe, taken care of and got everything I paid for! Thank you Eric!

Fun & Flexible
Had a great time. Due to weather, we were delayed a day and communication was great. We were given the option to cancel if the new time didn’t work out but fortunately we were able to make it work. Captain Eric was welcoming and informed about the area.

Excellent experience and ask for Captain Jose!
Let me start off by saying this experience was so incredible. Everything was perfect from the second we arrived. Jose was our captain and he was absolutely amazing! He talked us through everything step by step from the beginning to the end. He was also very laid back which is exactly what we needed. Being from WI and just being unapologetically us, we needed someone on that same level. Jose delivered. We had the opportunity to see a sea turtle on our way out to reef and the reefs were absolutely breathtaking. We got a little freaked out seeing some barracuda almost immediately after jumping in but if you leave them alone, they will just swim by. The reefs, turquoise water and beautiful fish were amazing. I can’t use that word enough. We also got to see the statue of Christ which is a beauty all on its own. For anyone wondering, we did not encounter any sharks or anything that could potentially eat us. Although captain Jose did have a reef shark swim right by him, it just cruised on by and didn’t bother anyone. We booked a private tour so we could have our own space and not be rushed. Whether it’s your first time or your millionth time snorkeling, I highly recommend Snorkel the Keys! Not sure if you can request your captain but ASK FOR JOSE! He is the best and made this experience so much more enjoyable.

Wonderful snorkel experience!!!! Highly Recommended
Had a 2.5 hr. private snorkeling tour to the reef with my family which was wonderful. Captain Eric was awesome! He made everyone feel comfortable from the start regardless if you were experienced or a newbie (like myself) keeping everyone involved. Once snorkeling, he was able to provide details of the sea life and reef, provide water, snacks when needed and even consolation/helpful tips if seasick (again me). Excellent tour company! Highly recommend!
My husband and I booked a private snorkeling tour with Snorkel the Keys. For a private experience for just the two of us, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Unfortunately, I became seasick while in the water, which made for a less-than-ideal situation on our end. However, I can’t say enough good things about our captain. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—he immediately recognized that I was struggling and quickly helped me safely back to the boat. He remained calm and reassuring throughout, which made a big difference in a stressful moment. While the experience didn’t go as we had originally planned, it’s important to say that this was not at all a reflection of the company or the crew. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion we received truly stood out. We walked away with a very positive impression and have already recommended this company to friends. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely looks out for their guests, you’ll be in good hands here.
