The morning includes Wat Phnom, Royal Palace, KH-VN monument, Statue of the King, Independence and constitutional monuments. Explanations are given at every stop, and questions are most welcomed by Sina. At S21 Prison and Killing Fields, you can visit at your own pace using an audio guide to explain the barbaric history of the genocide. ( Audio Guides are available and recommended for these two sites!) See Central Market to browse and buy local products. Lunch break is optional. Being a local tour guide, I can guarantee with my knowledge and experience that you will not only learn a lot of history but have an enjoyable day and make take home memories.

An Exceptional and Insightful Day Exploring Phnom Penh’s History
Wonderful Full-Day Tour with Sina We had a very well-planned full-day tour covering the Killing Fields, S21 Prison, the Royal Palace and more. Everything was organised perfectly, and we travelled in a very comfortable van with a small group of just two people, which made the experience feel very personal. The Killing Fields and S21 were, understandably, very heavy and emotional experiences. Sina was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history with great depth and sensitivity. His English was excellent, and we never felt the need for audio guides because his explanations were so clear and engaging. Sina made the whole day informative, comfortable and easy, while giving us plenty of time at each place. Highly recommended if you want to understand Phnom Penh and Cambodia’s history beyond simply seeing the sights.

Wow just wow! Sina’s tour is by far the best part of my Cambodia excursion! Sina was extremely and very knowledgeable as he guided us through temples, palaces and even the killing fields! Further, I saw so many people who did a prior tour with Sina and they were smiling were smiling from ear to ear because they knew we were in great hands! Thank you Sina for an incredible tour!

Highly recommend this tour
Sina was an amazing guide the whole day. From the hotel pick up, to the constant offering of beverages such as ice cold water and soft drinks. Tour was very organise and described very well. As well offering time for photos along the way. It was also a great way to finish in the central market. Overall I would highly recommend this tour if you are wanting to explore Phnom Penh and it’s deep rich and tragic past aswell as the beautiful architecture of the place and other places.

Whether at the memorials, the museums, or the Killing Fields, Sina narrated the country's painful past with clarity, sensitivity, and depth. Understanding the history of Cambodia is absolutely essential before — or while — visiting these sites, and with Sina, you are in the best possible hands. The tour takes you through one of the darkest chapters of modern history — Cambodia's civil war years, the brutality of the Khmer Rouge regime, and the resilience of its people.
