The first stop will be at the significant historical site of Phnom Penh, Wat Phnom. I will show you the Lady Penh statue and explain the history of Lady Penh before climbing up the steps. The entrance fee is USD1.

The Cambodia–Vietnam Friendship Monument is a large concrete monument commemorating the former alliance between Vietnam and Cambodia. The monument is located at the Botum Park not far from the Royal Palace.

Koh Pich City Hall
It is located on Diamond Island just 5mns drive from the last step. Along the way you will see the patriarch of monk statue, Buddhist institute next to casino Cambodia's parliament, and new skyscrapers. Before i take you to see the king statue and independence monument i will show you the river confluent where you can see Tonle Sap, Mekong upper, Mekong Lower and Tonle Bassac.

Statue of King Father Norodom Sihanouk
The bronze statue of King Norodom Sihanouk is standing on the largest park in Phnom Penh. The statue was built in 2013 after he died in 2012 October.

Independence Monument
The Monument is standing on the intersection road which are the most important roads in the capital. The monument was built in 1958 and finished in 1962 to represent of the Independence from French Colonization over Cambodia for 90 years that start from 1863-1953.

Choeung Ek Genocidal Center
The Killing Fields is 15kms away from the capital. This is where the khmer rough sent about 20000 people to kill after detioned at S21. Before starting the audio guide tour I will escorts you to see the documentary film at a small museum in the Killing Field after you got the ticket. An Unforgettable Experience with Mr. Sop. Highly Recommended
We had a truly wonderful experience exploring Phnom Penh with Mr. Sop. He is an excellent tour guide, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and most importantly, genuinely kind and sincere. Mr. Sop has great knowledge of Cambodia’s history, culture, and local life. His explanations were clear, interesting, and informative, especially when visiting the historical sites around Phnom Penh. He took the time to share the stories behind each place and was always happy to answer our questions, making our visit much more meaningful. What made our experience even more special was Mr. Sop’s incredible hospitality. He even invited us to his own home and prepared delicious food for us. This was something we never expected and became one of the most memorable moments of our trip. It gave us the opportunity to experience the warmth and generosity of Cambodian hospitality in a very personal and authentic way. We truly felt welcomed not simply as tourists, but as his guests and friends. Throughout the tour, Mr. Sop always made sure that we were comfortable and never made us feel rushed. His sincerity, kindness, and passion for sharing his country with visitors really stood out. If you are visiting Phnom Penh and looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful local guide, we highly recommend Mr. Sop. He did much more than simply show us around Phnom Penh, he gave us an experience and memories that we will carry with us long after leaving Cambodia. Culture and history
We had a great time. Our guide was very smart and knowledgeable about Cambodian history. We enjoyed seeing temples and had a great but sobering experience at the killing field and the S21 prison. I would highly recommend this tour.
