8 days tour with the best !!
Dante was an outstanding tour guide, he speaks English and Spanish and knows how to navigate himself throughout Mongolia The experience was an 8 day tour experience with Motorcycles throughout central Mongolia. We went to Mini Gobi desert, a small desert in central Mongolia and had the chance to ride camels over there, this is my second time doing this and I am happy it was in Mongolia then after this we had a stop to eat some Mongolian food, it was some meat with noodles (I don’t remember the name) but it was delicious ! After this we headed straight to Karakoram, the capital of the Mongolian empire in which we visit all the structures and temples, Dante explained all the history of it down to even the small details of it while cracking some jokes which kept the mood quite nice in the group ! That night we had some international food and stayed at a motel because next day we would head to Orkhon valley and sleep in tents next to the river. The next day came and we had Mongolian breakfast and tea, delicious !!! We got on our bikes and rode with the sun setting up in the sky for us, it was a wild ride this one as we had to cross the steppe, rivers and rugged landscape but all of us that were in the tour had so much fun and it felt like a real adventure Finally we got to Orkhon and we went first to the waterfall, we couldn’t go down, to the base of it but we watched it from the cliff and I gotta say, it was beautiful, we also went to some unesco area with stones and Dante explained the history behind them, I was amaze how something so important is just there with no extra protection which makes you respect it even more and be mindful (of course Dante made sure of that too) then we got to the river in Orkhon valley and set up our camp. Dante had bought meat, rice and vegetables that morning so all of us in the tour went around to gather wood so we make a campfire. Dante cooked us a traditional Mongolian dish that you gotta put stones in it, the food was delicious and he explained to us that we gotta hold the rock and move it around our hand, this is something that Mongolians do and he explained the why and how As the night fell, Dante started to tell us stories next to the fire, Myths of Mongolia and real stories while the fire was burning and the starts were above us. All this felt like a real adventure, somehow magical as well. Next day we went to a Nomadic family that was nearby and they received us with a lot of happiness in their eyes! We ate with them and even rode horses (second time for me) This tour was amazing and it is an experience I will always remember! Highly recommend Dante

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ulaanbaatar.
How much does 8 Days Mongolia Adventure from Steppe to Sacred Peaks cost?

Is 8 Days Mongolia Adventure from Steppe to Sacred Peaks worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 1 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Ulaanbaatar, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 8 Days Mongolia Adventure from Steppe to Sacred Peaks?

Is 8 Days Mongolia Adventure from Steppe to Sacred Peaks suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 8 Days Mongolia Adventure from Steppe to Sacred Peaks?
+
Around 0 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ulaanbaatar can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ulaanbaatar and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Ulaanbaatar?
+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Ulaanbaatar?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Ulaanbaatar?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
