Action packed week of memories
We had such a great week on the safari! Nemi kept in contact from the moment we booked, right through to the end of the trip and even helped us to book on to an additional trip with them when we are back in Nairobi for a day. The only strange thing was that we were on a tour with people from different tour companies doing different length tours than us, which meant our itinerary was changed part way through the week to fit in with the other tours that were shorter than ours. Our driver was most of the week was Mark, he kept us safe during the protests on the road, always staying calm, and he got us into some great spots to watch the wildlife cross the road in Amboseli. We then had Steven for our last couple of days who was very friendly and chatty and we enjoyed our time with him. The safari involves a lot of driving, but it's worth it to see so many amazing animals in the wild! I would definitely recommend doing the 7 day instead of the 6 as you get the addition of the hells gate cycling safari and hike through the gorge which was so fun. Masai Mara had a real variety of animals and Amboseli we got to get so close to elephants and even baby cheetahs! We didn't get to stay long in Nakuru but we got to see the rhinos! All the staff at the different places we stayed were so kind and friendly. My favourite camp was in Amboseli as we had amazing views of Kilimanjaro. We had such a great week with so many amazing people and we made memories to last a lifetime.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a memorable safari experience with us. It’s great to know that Nemi kept everything well organized from booking through to the end of your trip, and we truly appreciate your flexibility regarding the itinerary adjustments along the way. We’re also very happy to hear that both Mark and Steven made your safari enjoyable in different ways. Mark’s calm and professional driving during the protests and his efforts to get you the best wildlife sightings truly reflect the dedication of our team. Steven will also be pleased to know you enjoyed his friendly company during the final part of your adventure. It sounds like you experienced the very best of Kenya — from the incredible wildlife variety in Maasai Mara, the close elephant encounters and baby cheetahs in Amboseli, to the rhinos in Nakuru and the fun cycling and gorge hike at Hell’s Gate. We’re especially glad you enjoyed the beautiful Kilimanjaro views from Amboseli camp! Thank you again for traveling with us and for recommending the 7-day safari option. We are honored to have been part of memories that will last a lifetime, and we look forward to welcoming you back again when you return to Nairobi! Regards, Thoya.

An exceptional guide – an unforgettable experience!
The best guide we could have had We had a fantastic experience with our guide Albert! He was very professional, always attentive to our needs and resolved each situation calmly and effectively. He drove excellently and his great knowledge of the terrain greatly enriched our trip. We felt safe, comfortable and very well taken care of at all times. Fully recommended, a top guide who made our trip unforgettable!
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for sharing your incredible experience! It's wonderful to hear that your trip with Albert truly exceeded expectations. His exceptional service and dedication to making your journey memorable shine through your review. Sounds like a trip worth recommending to anyone seeking a memorable wildlife adventure. We hope to welcome you back for more adventures in the future. Regards Susan

Once in a lifetime
Great safari- varied and includes everything you should see. Three days in the Masai Mara were enriched by an amazing hot air balloon ride. Not cheap but worth the price. Naivasha with boat trip, Nakuru Lake, bike ride to Hell's Gate and in the Amboseli the proximity to elephant herds, lionesses and eating hyenas rounded off this safari nicely. Unfortunately, the tour started a bit unfortunate at the Giraffe Camp, the simple accommodation was a bit too simple, there were a lot of idle staff and the quality and quantity of the food deserved at most 1 star. The following accommodations met our expectations. Special thanks to our driver and guide Albert Koi, safe driver, knowledgeable guide, humorous, helpful, patient, punctual, always striving to meet the demands of all. It was nice to be out with him. Unfortunately, our well-functioning bus team was inaugurated on 4 April. Travel day separated due to a joining us- argentine group and should submit to the Argentinean dictates that day - a pity.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your review and a 5-star rating! We are glad to hear that despite the unprofessional staff, basic accommodation and little food provided at the camp, you had a magical experience, and that the optional balloon ride added to the perfection of your tour in Maasai Mara. It's good to hear that you had a great time at Hell's Gate and visiting Lake Naivasha. It's wonderful that you appreciated Albert for being knowledgeable, patient, kind, skilled driver/ guide, and the opportunity to see variety of animals. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us, and we hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable tour. Regards, Susan

Great safari with Charo
We are a family of three who travelled to Kenya via Egypt. Booking the safari was straightforward and there were good options for the dates we had. We decided to upgrade some of the hotels to make sure we had a pool and good accommodation. This worked out well and we were happy with our stays. In particular, we loved the luxury tents at Amboseli. Our guide and driver was Charo. He was fantastic and he did a great job for us. We had a good size SUV/truck to ourselves and the roof popped up so we good see out. We could also charge devices. Charo was very friendly and also very knowledgeable about the animals we would see and he answered all our questions, including those from our 11 year-old. He was always punctual and felt very secure with him. He was accommodating and would stop places we needed to, like ATMs and grocery stores. Charo did a great job at finding all the animals. We saw the Big Five as well as many animals. He helped us to identify all the various birds we found on our travels as well. Given that this was the low season we were pretty lucky with the weather and we avoided a lot of crowds. I would strongly recommend this tour and Charo, in particular. He was fabulous!
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for taking your time to leave us such a wonderful review and a 5-star rating. Having upgraded some of the accommodations really enhanced your experience. Fulfilling our customers desires is always our goal. We are delighted to hear that Charo made it such a memorable and fulfilling adventure for you, ensuring you saw every animal you hoped for and going above and beyond to accommodate your requests without objections. Charo indeed is one of our outstanding drivers/guides. We appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for more memorable tours in the future. Regards, Susan

Just as the name says “A Perfect Safari” for us
Our trip with Perfect Safaris was ….well all I can is for us it was perfect from beginning to end! We started with three nights in the Masai Mara with game drives each day, usually an early morning start when more of the animals and certainly the big cats are moving around. Next we travelled to Lake Nakuru for only the one night but with more game drives we saw lots of the elusive white Rhino 🦏 Hippos 🦛 and a huge gathering of pink flamingos 🦩 as well as a large collection of other bird life, giraffe 🦒 and elephants 🐘. Finally we travelled to Amboseli for two night and more extensive game drives and plenty of excellent animal sightings many at very close quarters 😀 The communication before our trip with George & Elizabeth the owners of this small very personal business was excellent and reassuring at each step of the way. What took our Safari experience to the next level is without doubt our driver and guide William. As a driver we felt safe in his vehicle even on roads that were often testing and difficult. As a guide William was outstanding friendly and professional at all times, always smiling and happy to pass on his vast knowledge and experience of the areas we visited and birds and animals we encountered on the way. Nothing was too much trouble and William was always enthusiastic to go the extra distance to ensure our experience was special and most memorable. A huge thank you to William, George and your staff. 😁
Response from the operator: Thank for taking your amazing time to write us such an amazing review and give us a 5 star rating. Glad to hear you had a great time and saw alot on your 7 day tour and it seems like it was really a perfect safari, also happy to hear you had a great time with William. Thank you for spreading the good word as it was our pleasure having you. We hope to see you again in the near future and get a chance to serve you again Regards, Jibril Mohamed

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks cost?
+
Prices start at $950 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks take?
+
Plan for about 168 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 168-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 7 days safari to Masai Mara Nakuru ,Naivasha and Amboseli parks start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Wild 5-Day Safari: Magical Mara, Nakuru Wonders & Hell's Gate, 2 Days Amboseli Safari using a 4x4 Landcruiser jeep(with options), Kibera Slum Tour with Lucas. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
