Great sites and guides but frustrated with tour administration

Turkiye is a fun and educational visit. The sites are amazing. The people are friendly. The food is great. The guides are fun and very experienced as they share their knowledge. The minibuses are comfortable. I had four frustrations with this tour: 1. I had to ask each evening when and where to meet the next day. My expectation was the tour organizer to send me proactive notices. 2. The Istanbul tour did not include the famous huge Bascilica Cistern. Instead we visited an interesting small cistern followed by a carpet sales presentation! 3. My last day in Kusadasi had a "possible" day trip to Samos Greek Island. That did not happen. Instead I had an entire day to myself: I paid for a tour! There should've been an alternate tour that day to another attraction somewhat nearby such as Izmir. 4. Upon the return flight to Istanbul Airport from Izmir my tour ended despite providing my itinerary that my flight out of Turkiye was two days later. I had to navigate back to Istanbul on my own.

This is actually normal, as the pick-up time is determined one day before the pick-up happens, and the fact that you were able to contact us every day is actually very good, as it means that we are always at your disposal and we are giving you the most common and correct information for each activity. 2. Istanbul is one of most historical cities of the world, and has a great deal of important sites and highlights to visit. Underground Basilica Cistern is not included in our tours. (You could have also visited the Basilica Cistern on your own very easily within your free time, as previously said, we are always at your disposal, do not hesitate to consult us.) As such, the complaint that the Basilica Cistern was not included in the itinerary is not valid as it was not even listed on the tour page/itinerary. 3. As it is clearly mentioned by the tour itinerary; You have a FREE DAY IN KUSADASI. You were well informed on this and it does not fit the basis for a complaint. 4. It is also made very clear in the tour itinerary that the tour ends with a Flight back to Istanbul. My team and I are very upset as we always strive to provide the best service possible, most of these problems could have been addressed / questions answered with simple communication which was available to you during the tour.
