    Great tour!!!

An unforgettable experience in Mongolia We had an amazing experience travelling through Mongolia. From the very beginning, everything was very well organised and the communication with the tour company was excellent. The itinerary allowed us to discover some of the most spectacular landscapes in Mongolia, from the Gobi Desert to the incredible steppe and remote areas. Staying in traditional ger camps was also a very special part of the experience and gave us a great opportunity to experience Mongolian culture and hospitality. Our driver was fantastic: very professional, friendly, flexible and always willing to help. He made us feel safe throughout the journey and was happy to adapt the schedule when necessary, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this company to anyone looking to explore Mongolia in an authentic and adventurous way. It was an unforgettable trip and one of the best travel experiences we have had!

    AWESOME JOURNEY

This was an awesome and wonderful 8-day individual tour through Mongolia. Meeting nomadic families and staying over night in gers / yurts was an extraordinary experience. The fantastic organization from the operator and the warm and peaceful guidance of our driver made this journey unforgetable. We fell in love with this country and would like to come back and discover more parts of it. Many Thanks:-)

    Wonderland Mongolia

Mongolia was never on my travel list for 2026, but I have absolutely no regrets about coming here. Visiting Mongolia with the help of Green Clover made our experience truly exceptional. The flexibility to customize our tour according to our needs was wonderful. They carefully arranged our Gobi itinerary, from the camps we stayed in to the hotel in the city, which was conveniently located within walking distance to anything. Our guide, Samsar, was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely accommodating throughout the trip. Our driver, Gambaa, was highly experienced in navigating the long stretches of unmarked roads, making us feel safe and comfortable at all times. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable, and the accommodations were well-equipped and exceeded our expectations. Overall, this journey was an unforgettable experience. Mongolia’s vast landscapes, rich culture, and unique beauty left a lasting impression on us. Thanks to Green Clover’s excellent planning and hospitality, we were able to explore the country in comfort and fully appreciate everything it has to offer.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your thoughtful and wonderful review. We are truly happy to hear that Mongolia became such a memorable and rewarding experience for you. Your kind words about Samsar, Gambaa, and our team mean a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Green Clover Tour Mongolia to be part of your journey. We wish you all the very best and many more unforgettable adventures ahead, and we hope to welcome you back to Mongolia one day.

    Unforgettable Experience

Even before we arrived in Mongolia, Green Clover had already made a great impression. They were responsive to our emails, answered all our questions, and customized our itinerary based on our preferences. Thanks to Samsar and Gamba for making our trip so memorable. They treated us like well. Samsar shared fascinating stories about Mongolia and always made us feel comfortable and safe, while Gamba expertly handled both on-road and off-road driving. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, the local food was excellent, and the stunning landscapes were beyond what photos could capture, you truly have to experience them in person. For a private tour for two, the pricing was reasonable. Thank you, Green Clover, for an unforgettable experience. Kudos to the entire team!

7 Days Golden Gobi Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ulaanbaatar.

How much does 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $1,850 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ulaanbaatar usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 168 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ulaanbaatar is not rushed.

Is 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ulaanbaatar, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 168-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ulaanbaatar can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ulaanbaatar and add a light layer if any part of the 168-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 7 Days Golden Gobi Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ulaanbaatar within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ulaanbaatar?

    +

On Outty we rank every Ulaanbaatar experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include BEST 5* Chinggis Khaan Airport UBN Ulaanbaatar Transfer Taxi 24/7, A day trip to Terelj National Park and Statue of Chinggis Khan, Genghis Khan Statue+Terelj Park+CamelRide+Eagle. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ulaanbaatar?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ulaanbaatar?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
