Car rental Guérin: ABSOLUTELY TO ESCAPE
CAR RENTAL GUERRIN: TO ESCAPE.......... Everything goes very well to take the vehicle (even too well). the return of the vehicle was a "calvary and way of the cross". The person who inspected immediately jumped onto the windshield assuming a splinter in the windshield IMPOSSIBLE to see if we do not know in advance, IMPOSSIBLE. She even had to zoom in on her picture before she took it. On this point I question his honesty. Guérin wanted to make me pay by taking my bail for something that NEVER happened with me and I certify it. I call it theft. Too bad I'm not a tourist ..... It was by insisting that the person responsible agreed to withdraw this comment without any meaning. Weird, when we arrived and before this inspection, another customer left the place screaming at the flight, funny coincidence.

Summary of the opinion on the 11-day trip to Spain with Wingbuddy (October/November 2025)
1. Organization and customer service The experience with Wingbuddy was disappointing overall due to poor customer service. From the outset, a mechanical incident on the initial flight (Montreal tire damaged) caused a significant delay. American Airlines handled the situation well by re-routing flights, but Wingbuddy offered very little assistance: No reception at Madrid airport despite the report of the delay. Emergency numbers were often unreachable. Travel instructions were missing from the hotel. Responses were sometimes inappropriate (such as contacting the US Embassy). The return went well, thanks to the effective support of American Airlines staff in Charlotte. 2. Guides and visits The quality of guided tours has been very uneven: Granada: exceptional, passionate and captivating guide. Cordoba: good francophone guide, but poor management of free time. Seville: guide only English-speaking and difficult to understand, missed visit. Barcelona: unilingual guide, without audio system, with summary translation by the main guide. The group included both Anglophone and Francophone participants, while the tour was presented as Francophone — which reduced the quality of the explanations. 3. Route and content The route allowed you to discover several interesting cities, but the stays were often too short (Valencia, Zaragoza in particular). Regarding the Sagrada Família, Wingbuddy is not at fault: the brochure clearly indicated that the visit was not included. Some travellers misunderstood it, but we had noted this precision and arranged the tour ourselves. 4. Accommodation and meals The hotels were generally decent, except for the last one in Madrid, which was rated mediocre. Evening buffet meals were unsatisfactory, while breakfasts offered varied from hotel to hotel, with uneven quality. 5. Overall assessment The trip was culturally interesting, with an excellent driver and a friendly main guide, but Wingbuddy’s organization and support were very inadequate. Better coordination, true emergency service and linguistic consistency would greatly improve the experience.

Portugal with Spainvision
Travel NOT RECOMMENDED even for people with great Marian devotion who want to be in a hotel in Fatima every day. You have to have very good health and a lot of sacrifice spirit for the hundreds of km, the early mornings and the bad food. But if you're looking for a cultural trip to what they announce "the best of Portugal," I'll tell you it's a FRAUD. Since the hotel is in Fatima, you have to do hundreds of km every day to go to Coimbra, Porto, Lisbon, etc. cities that show you superficially from the bus, leave you a scarce free time that gives nothing and running back to the bus. In the two monasteries that led us with great history, no guide. Road stops for driver rest in crowded places where we queued long lines to pee and didn’t have time to drink coffee. I could say a lot more negative things. Lack of total information such as that on the sixth day, only the night before tell us that the bus leaves for Madrid at 3 am. We arrived in Atocha 9 and a half hours later and then took the AVE each to its destination. Total one travel NIGHTMARE.

Excellent guides
Matthew and Vania did a Brilliant job of guiding us in Portugal on our recent Exoticca tour. So friendly so informative and so well organized. Vania was super friendly and helpful, as was Matthew.

Why this scores 43
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain cost?
+
Prices start at $2800 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain take?
+
Plan for about 168 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 168-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 168-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 7-Day Classic Trip in Portugal and Spain start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
