Best tour in El Salvador

The tour was amazing once in a lifetime. Herbert was the best tour guide as he told me so much information about El Salvador and was super helpful taking photos and making sure I was safe.

Great experience on the 7 Waterfalls Juayúa tour

The early morning pick-up was very well organized. They have suggested pick-up locations, but they were also very flexible and helpful in arranging a pick-up closer to my accommodation - you just have to contact them and ask. The drive there and back was comfortable; just be patient in case there is traffic. :) The waterfalls hike itself was really beautiful. The pace was good, and the guides were very considerate throughout the whole hike. We always had enough time at the waterfalls to take photos, enjoy the view or cool down in the water. After the hike, it was only a short ride to a restaurant in Juayúa, where you can order lunch. There was also a short stop in the village, so we had a little time to look around. Overall, it was a top experience. Herbert and Marilyn were both professional, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Its 2 thumbs up from me!

I did 2 tours with Infini, the Santa Ana Volcano/Lake Coatepeque tour and 7 waterfalls with Marilyn and Tania. I absolutely highly recommend both tours. The pre tour communications were great, along with communication all-round. The tour itself was amazing, with only me on the tour, (this tour has few numbers to make it personal). Marilyn is so knowledgeable and encouraging, the waterfalls were exhilarating, due to health and safety rules, we can only climb 1 and another part waterfall, but I was still happy overall. Thank you Marilyn, Tania and Iris for all your help with this tour.

Don’t pass this up!

This was THE BEST waterfall hike I’ve ever participated in. Herbert and Martin were knowledgeable about the history of El Salvador and the area we were in, they helped guide us on where to step and even made me a walking stick for stability. The hike was a challenge but the swim at the end made it all worth it.

How much does 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa cost?

Is 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Salvador, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa?

+

Is 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 9-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Salvador can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in San Salvador and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 7 Cascadas Waterfall Adventure and Gastronomic Festival in Juayúa start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central San Salvador within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in San Salvador?

+

On Outty we rank every San Salvador experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Day Tour: Santa Ana Volcano Hiking + Lake Coatepeque, San Salvador Tour: Devil’s Door, Volcano, Slide & Historic Center, Santa Ana Volcano Early Morning Hike. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit San Salvador?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in San Salvador?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
