    FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

Emmanuel was AMAZING! He put together a PERFECT 10 day itinerary for my group (4 of us). The van was air conditioned so all of our rides were comfortable. He was always on time(early) picking us up in the morning for the days adventures with cold water ready to go! We asked tonsss of questions about the history and culture of Ghana and Emmanuel was so well informed! I appreciated being able to stop at the local restaurants and Emmanuel helping us get street food to try! He was super easy going, catered to what we wanted to experience and was helpful with recommendations for dinners and clubs! I couldnt have asked for a better tour guide and overall experience! With Emmanuel you'll have a worry free trip!

Response from the operator: Thank you guys for traveling with us and hope to see you soon in Ghana

    Premier Tour Guide Service

Without any reservation, I highly recommend booking with Eyali Tours on your visit to Ghana! This was my first visit to Africa. I was very apprehensive about being pick up at the airport. After retrieving our luggage without any problems at Accra Airport, we walked outside. Immediately, Emmanuel greeted us! I was put at ease right away. Each day he was on time to pick us up. He knew short-cuts, where to exchange money without being ripped off, and there was no question we asked about Ghana that he couldn't answer. Many of my friends prefer to book tours that will have 20 to 40+ people on the tour. Eyali Tours can accommodate the large tours, however, I submit that the personal tour outweighs the large bus tours that I saw while there. Each cultural site we visited, there were never more than 7 in our group except for one time when we joined a large group I just mentioned. By the way, we went to some areas, where a large bus could not have gone. We truly experienced an authentic first hand view of the culture and varied lifestyles of Ghanaians, and though we stayed there a week, we are anxious to return, as there is even more to see. It's very doubtful our experience would have been so lifetime memorable if it wasn't for Emmanuel's personal touch as our driver and tour guide. footnote:: We were at a market and the seller wanted me to buy this African made vest which I wanted. I felt the price was high so I took the seller to Emmanuel and suddenly, the seller reduced the price without Emmanuel saying a word; he just shook his head. I purchased the item for a reasonable price because of that encounter. If I travel to another country, I hope I will find a tour guide half as professional and personal and experienced as Emmanuel. We were very fortunate to select Eyali Tours on our visit to Ghana, and the first thing on our return visit will be to book Eyali Tours. Still smiling from the rich unforgettable experience. . . Response from the operator: Thank you Willie for using Eyali Tours. We are glad you enjoyed the tour and we hope to see you back to the motherland. Akwaaba

6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Accra.

How much does 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana cost?

    +

Prices start at $1,853 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Accra usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana take?

    +

Plan for about 144 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Accra is not rushed.

Is 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Accra, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 144-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Accra can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Accra and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Accra within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Accra?

    +

On Outty we rank every Accra experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Experience the Beauty, History and the Culture Of Accra in a Day, Cape Coast Castle, Elmina Castle & Kakum National Park Day Tour, Accra Guided City Tour: Cultural and Historical Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Accra?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Accra?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in 6 day Culture & History Tour in Ghana?

    +

Included: All Fees and Taxes; In-vehicle air conditioning; and Accommodation. Not included: Meals; and Drinks. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
