Poor, immature booking experience
I had used this provider before and had a good experience. This experience was horrible. I booked the morning of the tour for an afternoon tour. My hotel was not listed on their list. They contacted me just a couple of hours before the scheduled tour to tell me that my hotel wasn't in their pickup area and that I would need to meet them at the National Park entrance at 1:20. In the past, they started pick ups at 1:30 and my friend was taking an online class and we couldn't get there by 1:20. I told them that this wasn't acceptable and that I wanted to cancel. Here is my exact communication: "Cancel I will use another provider. I had used you before and was happy. But I am not paying you for pick up and paying to get myself there." From that point on, they didn't respond. I didn't know if it was cancelled or they were still expecting me. So I WhatApp'ed the company number. I got someone and after they looked into it, they said that I cancelled, which is at least a definitive answer. [4:18 AM, 10/15/2026] Are you refunding my money? [4:18 AM, 10/15/2026] I asked additional questions, with no response This person also said I was rude and did not response to any questions. My advice, make absolutely certain you are at one of the few hotels they list. Even though they say that will pick up at other locations, and they have done that for me in the past, that isn't a guarantee and if you complain, they will not handle it well. They will probably deny all of this, but I have included my "rudest" response that caused them to disengage. You decide.

They pick you up from the hotel in a nice van and book uber for you on return despite the package including pickup and drop off, the uber car didn’t even have AC and we were stuck in traffic for almost 3hrs. Game drive was average

Traffic conditions are beyond our control, and this additional travel time is not included or indicated as part of the tour duration on our website. We also regret that the transfer vehicle did not have air conditioning and that the game drive did not fully meet your expectations. Thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve.

We had a great experience with this company and our Safari driver, Brian. He was quick, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. We were able to book the 6am tour with pick up, which was easy. The day was longer than we expected but still enjoyable!

Awesome
Amazing experience, park packed with animals. Willy our guide was so helpful and you could stand up in the vehicle to get a great view. He said we were very lucky to see almost everything in our wish list - rhinos, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, cheetahs, lions, buffalo and even a fleeting view of a leopard as we were leaving. Incredible bird life too - I would have liked to learn more about them as well. The team were very friendly and proactive with their communication and worked around a delayed taxi from the airport to make it work. Bring your own water and if you want to spend a long time looking at each point consider booking a private tour as this moves quite quickly (which suited me perfectly).
