Memorable Cambodia & Thailand Tour
We had a truly memorable tour with Indochina Tours during our visit to Cambodia and Thailand. Ivy was a true professional — patient, flexible, and always ready to answer our many questions without hesitation. Then came Lance — what a wonderful lady! She treated us like family, almost like our own daughter, clearing every doubt, guiding us from start to finish, and being available anytime we needed help. In Cambodia, our guide Thonn and driver Seurt were amazing — caring, knowledgeable, and dependable throughout the journey. We would highly recommend Indochina Tours to anyone wishing to experience a private tour in Southeast Asia.

A Journey into the Past in Cambodia.
An amazing experience which felt like I was skimming time in this incredible place. All the trees who’s roots intertwined the ancient City and Temple structures added to the mystical charm. My tour guide explained each area and made it come alive. He also was a great photographer. I wouldn’t have had such a great experience if it wasn’t for this knowledgeable guide. I would recommend him to everyone. I also got a look at some of Cambodia’s edible specialties like fried crickets, fried grasshoppers, fried silkworms, and to top it off fried tarantulas. No, I didn’t try those.

Amazing cambodian trip
Our Cambodian trip was absolutely amazing. Our day at Angkor Wat started at 5am to make the sunrise at 6.30am. Our guide arranged for us to get a packed breakfast from the hotel so that we could quickly move from the sunrise to exploring the temple complex before the crowds. This was an advantage of booking a personal tour rather than a group tour( who would need to return to their hotels after sunrise for their breakfast before starting to explore the complex). Mr Nob Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through all the highlights efficiently and almost always seemed to find us quiet moments to explore each of the important areas. This obviously got more tricky as the day got busier. The Angkor Wat trip was followed by a relaxing massage back in Siem Reap (Mudita Spa). Tours by Jeeps provided us with an excellent exploration of the countryside around Siem Reap the following morning. It was very exciting to be touring around in a vintage ex military american Jeep. The afternoon was back with Mr Nob to explore the floating village. Siem Reap is a beautiful city and it would have been nice to have an extra day to explore some more. Next day was a drive to Phnom Penh. Quite a long drive broken by exploring some of the country's older temples. Phnom Penh is an impressive city and provides the base for exploring the killing fields and the even more harrowing S21 torture centre. Fortunately Phnom Penh offers a much lighter side with tours of the temples and royal palace. Our final trip from Phnom Penh was the fast boat down the Mekong to Can Tho. Thanks to Ivy and Kea at IndoChina Tours for organising our fabulous trip.

Is 5 Days Cambodia Group Tour to Siem Reap & Phnom Penh worth it?
+

How far in advance should I book 5 Days Cambodia Group Tour to Siem Reap & Phnom Penh?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?
+
On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap, 2 Days Guided Historical Tour in Angkor, Angkor Wat full Day 'Small Group with sunset & Tour Guide. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Siem Reap?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
