Kind, Professional, and Truly Caring Team!
We booked a 5-day private tour in Istanbul for my elderly parents, and the team was absolutely wonderful! They were super kind, patient, and flexible — making sure my parents felt comfortable the whole time. They even surprised my mom with a birthday cake, which was such a sweet touch! There was a small delay with our payment due to an international transfer issue, but they were so understanding and professional about it. Truly grateful for their kindness and great service, highly recommend them!

Great travel planner for Turkey
NeopolisTravel and agent Sybil Alyena Dimer were absolutely the best.! We were coming back from Safari in Botswana and decided on a 5 day stopover in Istanbul. We did some basic research and looked on-line for a personalized tour to be put together. Sibel was extraordinary. After our on line inquiry she contacted us in California immediately. We communicated for 3 days and she put out options leading to a fabulous trip . She arranged every pick up ,hotel, guides. planes, and balloon tide. It was all seamlessly perfect. Sibel communicated daily to be sure that everything was working. All we did was enjoy an amazing brief trip to Istanbul and Coppadocia. It could not have been better. We will be back for a longer trip with Sibel’s help! And a special shout out to the wonderful Gitz Bosphorus Hotel on Taskim Square

We had a wonderful experience in turkey all thanks to meltem for making a wonderful itinerary for us and being so connected and supportive throughout our trip. We got a chance to explore all the beautiful locations one can expect to see on their trip to turkey in a week. We were very happy with the tour guides provided to us, especially a big shoutout to zeki for his great hospitality and friendliness and making sure we were comfortable every minute of the tour and giving us such great insights about every place we visited. Even though we missed our hot air balloon ride due to the bad weather we were happy to receive our refund within a few days without going through any hassle to recover our money. Would 100 percent recommend to contact meltem to visit turkey with neopolis travel for budget friendly rates to make your travel experience a memorable one.
