Lovely 4-day Turkey tour
The visit of Love Valley and Rose Valley is inexpressible in words. Mr. Ahmad told us why they are called so. Also we visited Pigeon Valley and St. Monk’s Valley. Both of them were very beautiful. The entire experience was very good. Amazing job by Tours Flame team, Recommended!

This tour provides good services and covers major highlights in it. It’s just like you go on several different trips in one. You get to see Cappadocia’s beauty, Historic sites of Ephesus, and Nature’s splendor in Pamukkale. I loved how different each day was. The transfers made everything easy. This tour offered great variety. Highly recommended!

Very good staff
I've known that they had excellent staff when I made the tour reservation. When I called them because I was confused about a few things, they spoke to me in a very courteous manner and made sure I didn't have any issues or questions about the tour. I don't remember the name of the tour manager, but he was really kind. I then received an itinerary with all the details. I was really delighted that the driver and guide were there to greet me as soon as I landed. The guide was really kind, kept in touch with me, and took excellent care of everything. The guide ensured that I was having a great time. There was a lot of people on the tour locations, and the guide stayed with me to assist me find the ideal places to shoot selfies. Finally, but just as importantly, teamwork was excellent. Hotels were also excellent. They gave the best performance, and I'm quite impressed. Many thanks to everyone !

Glad I saw the places, but ask for a precise and detailed itinerary
Flame Tour is very efficient and organized. It respond to inquiries, questions and issues really quickly. The meeting scenario on arrivals is clear, showned by videos, but getting your driver is at least a 30mn wait, he is not there to meet you, one has to be called. I had a problem with one of my hotels bc the room was run down, dirty, drapes thorned and dirty, carpet smelled unclean and the door emitted a loud screech when you opened it and closed it. I had to insist getting another room, hotel wanted me to wait for them to fix the door. My new room was better but still not quite clean. The carpet smelled. I was really upset by the experience so I requested an upgrade in my hotels for the 2 last nights as i didn't want to run into the same situation. Flame Tour was surprised as no one had ever complained about this hotel before. But i took pictures and send them to him. The agent offered to put me at the Holiday Cave Hotel if I paid almost 200 euro extra. I took it bc I had to have a clean room. My other struggle was the reschedule of my tour, it was reversed as i understood it. On the first day, pickup was 4am in istanbul, so only a couple of hours sleep, then the flight, then waiting for the driver, then about an hour drive, then more wait for the next driver/guide. By then it's about 9am, I had no sleep per say, no food, and I am not feeling well. I am diabetic and I need solid food after so many hours. The staff was very nice. One took me to a café where I had a good and complete breakfast. Then, around 10:15am, we went on the tour to the water flats. We had an hour and half free time there, but there isn't anything to do, except, if you buy a ticket, you can swim in Cleopatra's pool!! It was a long wait not really justified for what is there, and it was really hot. Additionally, the guide was just going through the motions and didn't seem to welcome questions. Eventually we had lunch around 2pm. I think that it is where we had an unexpected over 3 hours ride to our next hotel. My solo seat didn't recline and i was painfully unconfortable. The hotel was beautiful on the common areas with a great view but my room was run down, very dirty, dark carpet that smelled, drapes thorned and dirty, and the entry door that emitted a very loud screech when you opened and closed it. I asked for another room and had to press for it as the staff wanted me to wait for them to try to fix the door! I got a new room that was cleaner but still with a dirty carpet. The desk staff explained that the owner of the hotel could only afford to fix the commun areas and will upgrade the rooms later. Ephesus was fine. There were thousands people in a relatively narrow main road through the town. Our guide was pleasant. She told us to follow her black umbrella so we would not lose her. The road is paved with unevened marble slats and is very slippery. I am 80 years old and I can’t afford to fall, so I was watching where I stepped, looking up every few seconds for the black umbrella. A woman next to me almost fell. I eventually caught up with the black umbrella and guess what, it was another guide! By then, I could count 4 more black umbrellas. This was a very unpleasant moment! I decided to head for the exit, missing half of the tour. I do not have service on my phone outside of the hotel bc my service provider is not great in Turkey, so, at the exit, I got assistance from a policeman who paired me and I was able to contact the guide, they were still inside seeing things. The tour description should disclose how many hours of driving it entails. There is a lot of driving on this tour. This is important info for older people. There is also unreasonable waiting in Izmir. The tour was over around 3 pm and my flight departed at 9:30pm. Another tourist asked to change our initial ride time to the airport so we could go to the small archeological museum about 400 feets from the Crowded House Agency where we were and who was in charge of that segment instead of waiting 5+hours at the airport. Tha agency agreed. We were also minutes away from St John Cathedral and we could have visited it had we known. By the time we found out, it was 5 and we couldn't get tickets. Such a shame, to come from thousands miles away, and bc no one seemed to care that we were there for hours, to missed a great opportunity to see that very special site! We arrived very late in Carpadocia. My new hotel, the Holiday Cave Hotel was very nice and my room was very clean. Our guide was very good, explaing thinks, answering questions, making sure no one was getting lost. We had him 2 days. The driver was excellent, prudent and skilled. Again about 4 hours wait at the hotel to get picked up at 5:40 to go to the airport for a 9:30 flight. Late arrival to Istanbul, with a wait for a driver of over 30mn and a 1 am arrival at the hotel. In summary, theses places are great to see and Flame Tour is great at responding and fixing concerns but the itinerary schedule should take into consideration the customer's experience and confort. At least, options should be offered, even if at an extra charge, like a breakfast on arrival on the first stop. It was only bc I felt so ill that I said something and the staff was very concerned that I knew that i would have to pay for it! Which was totally fine. And, the itinerary need to spell out the hours of driving from places to places. Had I known that information, I would not have chosen this tour. A final thought, Flame Tour was exceptionally helpful with my flights tickets, checking me in and arranging for smooth departures on all my three flights. Not having access to the internet can really complicate things, so I am more grateful than I can say for all the help I received. Thank you

Hot Air Balloon was an Unforgettable Experience !
We wanted to do hot air balloon ride, also we had never been to Turkey before so we selected this tour package and it really worth every penny. We paid once and relaxed for 4 days. Every responsibility was of Company to manage our drives, flights, hotels and food. On Cappadocia day, we got up extra early and got ready for tour. Luckily, we found no crowd there and that’s why we enjoyed balloon ride very much. City looked so beautiful from top and gave us very lovely snaps.

Why this scores 85
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Istanbul.
How much does 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $405 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Istanbul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Istanbul is not rushed.
Is 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 85 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 142 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Istanbul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 96-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour?
+
Around 50 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Istanbul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Istanbul and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 4 Days Turkey Tour - Cappadocia, Ephesus and Pamukkale Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Istanbul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Istanbul?
+
On Outty we rank every Istanbul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Istanbul 1, 2 or 3-Day Private Guided Istanbul Tour, Istanbul Luxury Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Asian Side Stop, ISTANBUL BEST: Iconic Landmarks Full Day PRIVATE Guided City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Istanbul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Istanbul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
