Our 4-day overland safari in the Masai Mara was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The Mara Serena Safari Lodge was fantastic, with a beautiful location, excellent facilities, and spectacular views of the Mara. Waking up surrounded by such breathtaking scenery was truly special. A special mention goes to our guide, Johnson, who was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made every game drive enjoyable. His dedication and knowledge of the wildlife really added to the experience. One of the biggest highlights was witnessing the spectacular Mara River crossing. Seeing the wildebeest crossing the river in such dramatic fashion was an incredible experience and a memory we will treasure for years to come. A big thank you to Right choice team for excellent arrangements and for making the entire journey smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Everything was well coordinated, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable Masai Mara safari experience!

Seamless Itinerary, Outstanding Value, and Unmatched Kindness

If I could give George 10 stars, I would. Our journey to the Masai Mara was delayed multiple times due to personal reasons and last-minute visa issues on the day of our flight. Throughout all of this, George was incredibly kind, honest, and flexible—holding our deposit money across nearly a year until we could finally make the trip in June 2026. When we finally arrived, the trip was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The guide was highly experienced, the hotel choices were excellent, and the itinerary was seamless. Before booking, I inquired with 7 or 8 different operators, and George was by far the most economical without compromising on quality. If you want a trustworthy, accommodating, and top-tier tour operator, look no further than George! Thanks a ton for putting up with us.

STAY AWAY - SCAM

STAY AWAY FROM RIGHT CHOICE SAFARI - SCAM!!! We paid everything in full before our trip, but when we arrived at the masai Mara national park the park fee was not paid. George called us and asked if we could pay, and he would reimburse us in a couple of days. It has now been 3 months and I have not received my reimbursement. We had the most amazing guide, Kasaine and had a wonderful trip. So I fint it very sad that it had to end this way.

Warning: Great Safari Experience – But Serious Issues with Payment and Operator

We had a really great safari with the family. But beware of what happened to us! Like everyone else, we had paid in advance. When we arrived at one of the parks where we were supposed to stay, they hadn’t paid the park fee. We were asked to pay on site, with the promise that we would be reimbursed immediately. That still hasn’t happened, even though it’s been almost three months. It’s about $1,000 that we’ve effectively paid twice. We have now chosen to report this operator to the police. So be careful with this clearly unprofessional and dishonest company. We had an absolutely fantastic guide, whom I recommend to everyone I meet—but not with Right Choice Safaris behind them.

We are, however, very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the park fees. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been especially after already making advance payment. The reimbursement for the park fees paid on site was initiated long time ago, actually there were two attempts after the first one failed due to challenges with correct SWIFT address. A copy of the swift transfer was shared with you as a confirmation of our commitment. We are now looking at the Western Union Money transfer as the next option. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of timely communication on this matter. We truly appreciate your patience and the positive remarks about your guide, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in the future.
