The best yoga and Ayurveda place on earth
This place is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ❤️❤️❤️❤️ if you are shopping around for the best of the best yoga retreat, spa and Ayurveda treatment look no further, this place is the best. It is just a little outside of the crazy Kathmandu in the hills away from the pollution and with beautiful views and calm and serenity atmosphere. The staff is first class, I had the same therapist for 4 days and they really strive to get to know you and your needs. My treatments were out of this world amazing, I went there after taking the Mount Everest Base Camp trek and believe me I needed to be put back in shape because I was all broken when I arrived……. I got pampered to the max and it was so so so amazing. Oh and let me tell you about the food: AMAZING!!!! I was a little nervous about vegetarian only food but oh my goodness it was the best food I ever ate ……. And I am a snob French person who loves her food so believe me when I tell you that is was so delicious, it really was.

Namaskar
This is my third time at Nepal Yoga Home and the welcome is always so warm and friendly. Shanti and her staff are incredibly kind and welcoming ! You feel right at home. It's a shame my stay was so short this year. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Shanti. Peace and gratitude.

No other words but brilliant !
This place is absolutely brilliant. My experience there was beyond my expectations. I arrived very tired with virtually zero energy. The Host looked after me like my own mother would . I came here with few health conditions I had recently developed in the uk with uk doctors telling me they will not get better for at least 2 to 3 months. Guess what ? These ppl cured me in as little as 4 days !! Both my BP and blood sugar are now at normal healthy levels, absolutely over the moon! These guys will certainly get a mention in my auto biography that I am writing.

A perfect 5 day reset
I did a 4 night/5 day stay and absolutely loved it. It is the perfect way to re-centre before going home or as a recharge in the middle of a bigger trip. The staff are all so kind and helpful-, the food is delicious and healthy, and they arrange the schedules so well. Even though there is some free time, with the yoga, meditation and meals on offer you are kept quite busy so I would recommend visiting Kathmandu before your stay so you can spend your time here. I stayed in the standard room which was totally fine for me- but the new building is nicer. It's a great little sanctuary away from the busy city. 5 days was a great little reset though if you can stay longer, I certainly would recommend it for a proper detox.

Why this scores 84
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.
How much does 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal cost?
+
Prices start at $300 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal take?
+
Plan for about 96 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.
Is 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 41 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 14. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 96-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 96-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 night 4 Day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to Detox the Body & Mind, Nepal start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?
+
On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Kathmandu Food and Drink Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kathmandu?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
