A wonderful experience 🌟
I booked the 3 hour private tour for my parents as a surprise birthday gift for my dad. They are in their late 70s and my mum is in a wheelchair. Fabio was in contact with me via email and WhatsApp from the outset and he could not have been more helpful, he even went as far as organising a birthday cake and candles for my dad when they were on the boat. I've just spoken to my parents about the trip and they are absolutely buzzing. They saw dolphins and pilot whales, including a calf, and had an absolutely amazing day. They loved the wildlife, the boat, the food, the whole experience, but most of all the care and assistance from Fabio and his crew. The whole team was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the tour a very special memory for them ❤️. I cannot thank Fabio and his crew enough. It can be very difficult to find well-organised and appropriate trips for wheelchair users, and this trip was superb. My parents called it the highlight of their holiday 😊. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and Fabio and his team to anyone. 5 stars and worth every single penny 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Response from the operator: Dear Orla, Your words have truly moved us and filled our hearts with joy. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful testimonial. It was a true honor for us to welcome your parents aboard. When we organize these tours, our goal is not just to show the beauty of the ocean, but to make every guest feel at home, safe, and special. We cared for your parents with all the affection and attention possible, just as we would have done with our own parents. Knowing they had an "incredible" day, that they appreciated the birthday cake and, above all, that they felt pampered by our team, is the greatest reward for our work. Reading that this tour was the "highlight of their holiday" makes us immensely proud. We work hard to break down barriers and demonstrate that the sea belongs to everyone, and reviews like yours confirm that we are on the right path. An affectionate embrace to you and your wonderful parents from Fabio and the entire BAT4ALL crew. We hope to see you again soon! With immense affection, Fabio and the BAT4ALL Team

Ideal for a wheelchair user
We had a wonderful trip out and we picked this trip specifically for a wheelchair user. The crew were so helpful. The boat is ideal for a wheelchair user. They helped us on and took us out to sea. We saw dolphins, a turtle and whales, it was amazing. They provided a lovely pasta lunch. There was an option to go swimming in the sea. They took lots of photos and videos. We purchased these for a very reasonable price and they emailed them to us a few hours later. It's a small boat and can get a bit bouncy at sea, but we felt very safe and secure. If you’re a wheelchair user and would like a boat trip I'd highly recommend this.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much and I hope to see you back on board for another exciting adventure 🤗

One of the best...
One of the best excursions for me as a person in wheelchair. During this time, I felt “normal” and did not feel like my limited ability made me stand out. Thanks for an awesome experience. I will be returning
Response from the operator: Thank you for sailing with us 🫶see you soon 🙏🤗

Very competent crew, very customer-oriented and warm for an individual experience. The Italian pasta salad was also delicious.

Always my pleasure
It was a great day. The crew is super great and in a good mood. We were in a wheelchair and it worked out really well because the crew knew how to use it. We saw lots of whales and had food and drink on board. Definitely recommended.
Response from the operator: Es ist großartig, glücklich zu sein und wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder zu sehen und ein weiteres wundervolles Abenteuer zu erleben! Eine große Umarmung von uns allen

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.
How much does 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island cost?
+
Prices start at $500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.
Is 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 12 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3-Hours Private Tour to Accessible Boat en Canary Island start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
