An Unforgetable Once in a Lifetime Tour

We really had an unforgettable, unique and once in a lifetime Anniversary trip with Magic Land Travel. It was all thanks to the very accommodating Edilberta and her stafff, and our amazing, friendly driver, Jhosmar! Edilberta was so accommodating from the start during the booking and planning process, and she was always friendly and polite. We immediately felt comfortable dealing with her through Whatsapp, and as soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us at Uyuni AirPort. Everything continued smoothly with the tour after that, and our driver Jhosmar was very friendly and informative, and a great guide and photographer! He even had to trouble shoot some mechanical issues, which he managed to solve efficiently, so the tour could go on smoothly with no problems. In the end this was the tour of a liftime thanks to the wonderful people of Magic Land Travel and the stunning, haunting and unimaginable beauty of Bolivia!

Beautiful Uyuni tour with a helpful team

I had a very positive experience with this Uyuni tour. The landscapes were exceptionally beautiful, and the whole trip was well organized. Our guide was very nice, patient, and helpful throughout the journey. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, the border to Chile was closed during our trip, which was obviously beyond the operator’s control. After some discussion, the operator showed flexibility and helped arrange an alternative route to Chile, including organizing the additional transfer. I appreciated that they were willing to find a practical solution and take responsibility for making sure I could continue my journey. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the tour, especially for the incredible scenery and the good organization.

Fantastic experience with Magic Travel – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience with Magic Travel on our Salar de Uyuni tour. The entire team was fantastic. Our driver, Elvis was incredible—not only an excellent and safe driver, but also a wonderful guide and cook. He took great care of us throughout the trip and made sure everything ran smoothly. James, our guide on the first day, was extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun to be around. His explanations, enthusiasm, and personality made our experience in the Salar truly memorable. Ami our guide for the rest of the trip was lovely—warm, helpful, and always smiling. She was someone our entire family really enjoyed spending time with. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully everything was organized and handled. When the reserve was closed, the team improvised and adapted the itinerary without missing a beat. They were all incredibly flexible, attentive to our needs, and always willing to help, ensuring we still had a fantastic experience. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Magic Travel to anyone looking for a well-organized, personal, flexible, and memorable experience in Uyuni.

3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Uyuni.

How much does 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $250 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Uyuni usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Uyuni is not rushed.

Is 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 27 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Uyuni, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Uyuni can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Uyuni and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 3 Days Uyuni Salt Flats and Andean Lagoons Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Uyuni within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Uyuni?

    +

On Outty we rank every Uyuni experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3-Days Tour to the Uyuni Salt Flat and Colored Lagoons +Sunset+Mirror Effect, Uyuni Salt Flat 1 Day Tour +Sunset in the Salt Water Region with Mirror Effect, 3-Day Salt Tour of Uyuni with Sunset and Lagoons Colorada. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Uyuni?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Uyuni?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
