Great tour!
We had the 4 days 3 nights tour. It was a great trip, everything well organised. A special „Thanks“ to our driver Yasser, he was the perfect buddy for our trip always taking care of our individual wishes. The hotels and the desert tents were great, good food and very comfortable. The car/bus was in good condition and comfortable as well, what is quite important for such long rides.

We made a 3 day family excursion between Marrakech and Fes s with Yassin as driver it was 3 exceptional days the car is very comfortable visits was very well chosen and the restaurants very good the hotels chosen by the agency are impeccable I did not expect as well. the apotheosis was last night in the desert. The pace is intense but we can rest in the car when travelling point the visit of fes on foot in the medina was also very pleasant I highly recommend this agency and especially the guides Yassin and Redouane

Scenic 3 days (7-9 Jan) Fes to Marrakech Desert Tour
Booking & payment was efficiently handled. Description of tours matched the actual tours itself. In fact we were completed with a warm & friendly driver/guide, Mr Reda Ennaciri & a spacious 8 seater van for my family of 5! The overall journey of 1300km thru country roads, up the mountains & down the valleys was smooth. The views were spectacular & scenic. Snow capped Atlas, rivers and gorges, farm lands, villages, the nomads, the desert are all so, so, so breath taking! A night in the desert was the highlight. But first the 1hr camel ride took us straight into the spectacular sunset! A sight we will remember. The night in the desert was cold (2*C). 3 thick blanket were provided though. But it was expected as we hv been advised by the operator prior. Break of dawn in the desert was another reason we took this tour....and it was the most fantastic & refreshing moment everyone must experience! 2nd night stop at the Panorama Hotel in Boumalne Dades was a surprised. Perched up on the slope overlooking the valley makes a 1 night stop just not enough. Morning was so beautiful when the sun slowly lit up the valley that came to life with the cocks crowing in the distant and birds chirping breaking the silence. It's so peaceful.. The journey hereon up the Atlas Mountains was a test for the driver/guide....& Mr Reda handled it so smoothly & manoeuvred the hairpin bends and turns like the mountain is his! Every turn & corner attract the clicks of the camera. We arrived Marrakech safe & satisfied. I am sure Spring will be a different beautiful sight....& who knows....we will be back!!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Fez.
How much does 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga cost?
+
Prices start at $304 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Fez usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga take?
+

Is 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Fez, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Fez can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Fez and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 days Desert tour from Fez to Marrakech via Merzouga start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Fez within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Fez?
+
On Outty we rank every Fez experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Exclusive Fez Medina Walking Tour with Private Guide, Fes to Marrakech desert tour 3 days, Private Guided Walking Tour of Fes Medina with Local Expert. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Fez?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Fez?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
