Amazing nature, inapropriate driver

The safari was satisfactory, as was the hotel, the food and the car. However, a few days after the trip ended, I received messages from the driver (Branson) asking if I was ok, saying that he could not sleep and asking if I had saw the “African cork”. For context, I travelled alone. Maybe this person thought I was available for harassment because of that. That is inadmissible.

Response from the operator: Hello Deborah, When the Trip has ended, we have no control over a Hired and unpensonable Guide. As such, we contract them, and once the Contract is over, we have no control over them. This happens everywhere in the world. Reason.! Almost in the whole world.! Guides are not pensionable, the few who are lucky find, and therefore we hire them since we sometimes get overwhelmed.! I am not trying to demystify them, however that's the reality. 1): We advise all our Clients not to change their Contact, and personal numbers with the Guides during the Safari and after, and for such to happen, You CANNOT come back and hold Twinkle Star Tours and Safaris Ltd as a company responsible for such indecency words, and getting your way to publishing this as review. You truly confirmed back to us that the Safari was overboard, and therefore we could send you the link for a 5-star review, and exactly we did that and NOT for any other issue. All our Clients and their reviews are flowing, which means, all the attachments are centrally controlled from the office, and we are fully and wholeheartedly responsible. We communicate with the Client upon their arrival time, a meet one-on-one happens, at times by Myself, if you may ask others, and an introduction is always done on the details of your program and what you could expect along the way before and after and even all the nighty-gritty. This is an area we always take very seriously, and we do it perfectly since we are aware of the consequences and the repercussions. It's an area we have extremely excelled in very well. To prove this, some of our Clients, could even confirm from our Sister representative company from and in New York City (USA) and get ASSISTED there and then. Why didn't you communicate this during the Safari, if it was an ongoing harassment as you put it, and always contact us with minimal proof that this was happening during the Safari, and yet went further to praise how the Safari was great, the Hotel even to the extent that the driver was as well super great. What's the change of heart to publish such derogatory language? To our best understanding, you were out for something, and if not, we apologize for a mission that was never accomplished. I will urge both our platforms to think otherwise and PULL down this exchange spree on the internet because Twinkle Star Tours and Safaris Ltd cannot be held responsible for whatever happened AFTER the Safari ENDED and you continue exchanging words with the Guide on a hired Contract of your Safari. You don't have to share your Number with the Guides AND ONLY IF you have been directed by the office for a specific reason. (WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR SUCH ASSISTANCE). This is NOT a Twinkle Star review, HONESTLY, and kindly pull it down. We have taken also the following steps in good faith FOR our NEXT move and to protect our Loyal Customers. -When I checked the company's main Email mid-last night and saw that review.! -That was the End of this Guide with us). -We have held a meeting in the office with all our other few Guides, who are (ALSO PERMANENTLY) with us, with the view to bringing sanitary and hygiene in our Company. We have apologized loud and clear, and we hope this humble response will meet your maximum consideration and cooperation. We promise even to improve on matters that are related to what has happened, and to deal with them perpendicularly. Otherwise.! forgive HIM for once, we no longer have him. Decency and respect are something we cherish with our customers and as the Twinkle Star family. Kindly, forgive him, and Don't proceed to put us out on the internet for the sake of the sensitivity of our business and the whole Twinkle Star Family. He has refuted the claim, SAYING HIS ACCOUNT WAS HACKED, however though, that the internet never lies, and so does YOU neither. We have shown him all the communications, and he feels so wasted and for such, we have relieved him from his duties with immediate effect. This has come as a warning sort to all our Guides, whom we have called for a meeting, and we must get the solution. Otherwise, I hope this humble request and apologies will meet your maximum forgiveness. Thanks for your time.! Good Evening and be blessed.! Your Tour Consultant. James.

Unfortunately Amboseli

We've just come back home from Safari trip in Kenya, booked through Twinkle . We picked Twinkle because of most professional itinerary plan. Price is reasonable. The lodge service , food selection, spa, and bar were excellent. We had 5 gaming opportunities and they were all unforgettable. We felt safe all the time, we got picked up and dropped off at Nairobi airport. The vehicle was reliable equipped with charger and drinking water. Our drivers were highly professional and safe. James is the man!!!!! Thank you James for your assistance and for being available through WhatsApp at anytime. The bottom line- would recommend to all including to myself !!!!

Excellent introduction to Kenyan safaris

Enjoyed an exceptional customized tour of Amboseli NP with Twinkle Star tours. The owner, James, is a master of customer service. He responded promptly to my questions, checked in on me during my trip, and even personally delivered some Kenyan coffee to me at my hotel since I didn't have time to get it myself. Amboseli NP was excellent! I had some incredible wildlife sightings including elephant/lion interactions, my first cheetah, and incredible bird life. I also spent a couple of hours visiting a village of the amboseli masai, which was really interesting. My driver Daniel spoke english very well and was able to position the vehicle in just the right way to help me get some great shots of the wildlife. Great tour overall. Very pleased with my experience.

How much does 3 Days Amboseli National Park safari cost?

+

How far in advance should I book 3 Days Amboseli National Park safari?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Nairobi?

+

On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep, 1 Day trip to Hells Gate and optional Lake Naivasha From Nairobi, Nairobi Masai village Day Tour Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Nairobi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Nairobi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
