Operator rude and attempted to make money through deception
The trip operator requested USD 80 per day in advance and would not accept me paying on arrival by card at the Masai Mara park. The reason is at the park you get 24 hours, not just until the end of the day. The operator was trying to obtain USD 240 knowing that we would not be there longer than 48 hours. I believe they fraudulently obtain an extra USD 80 for each foreign tourist. I will not be using or recommending that tour operator again. They were also rude to me when I objected paying by card, probably because of their lost profit, and suggested I cancelled, which I did and booked through another operator at approximately £100 less in superior accommodation.
Response from the operator: The truth is that we only needed money to pay admision feez which was not included in the package We authorised 100%Refund on travelling date We are and will never try to ask any more payments

Experience of a Lifetime
From pick-up to drop off, this tour blew my mind and exceeded all expectations. The main host was very responsive and encouraging. The tour guide(driver and Safari guide) was not only knowledgeable, he was passionate to share a piece of his home and heritage with us. The drives around the safari was indeed an experience of a lifetime. The tour included meals and accommodation. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time and had a blast. I was a solo traveler so that was important. Pick up from place of accommodation. The drive was a few hours, but you won't even notoce the time because you'll be too busy enjoying the scenic views along the way from the window. It's hard to describe the feeling of being in Maasai Mara, you just have to experience it. I will not share specifically what I saw because you deserve to see it, feel it, and stay connected with it like I am now. I am urging anyone reading this that is thinking whether or not you should do it, DO IT. The place is beautiful, rich in history and culture, the people are amazing and it will give you something to remember forever.
Response from the operator: Hello 125aishak Thanks alot for your wonderful review and your vote of confidence When i told you you will enjoy and get value of money i knew what i was exactly saying Am happy we exceeded expectations We look forward to do another trip with us

Best Kenyon Safari
BOOKING Viator customer service provided some wrong details. Happy James (Onesmus) was so patient with my frustration, million questions and skepticism. He was so patient with me. I’m happy I believed him when he assured me I was in safe hands! Thank you. TOUR GUIDE Johnny Is a super star big 5 Safari tour guide. He knows how to position the vehicle right where the animals are for best viewing. He navigates through other tour guides with skill and precision. His eyes are tuned to wildlife all around and he finds a way to point it out while driving in rough terrain. He’s a a kind, hard-working man with a great attitude toward people and a love an knowledge of wildlife. We loved the no pressure shopping and local hospitality. VEHICLES The vehicles really take beating in the rough safari terrain. Several packed repair sites make it obvious that it’s an unavoidable event on occasion. I’m thankful our safari car was in great working order, but certainly would understand if something happened. That animal territory terrain takes a beating on cars. If it happens to you, just roll with it and choose to stay happy. You may be surprised to find out that “timing” works out on your favor! Goshan Maron Camp Excellent food, tents and caretakers.
Response from the operator: Hello Carrie Thanks for your vote we are very grateful for your positive vote of confidence its true e had misunderstanding but we had a better finis its our culture to do better and provide best services looking forward to host you in future our vehicles are well serviced and professional drivers please come again for longer days

PAUL..... BE AWARE!!!!
The trip it self was good, but our driver PAUL was really bad. His car (the car we drove in the whole safari and to and from Maasai Mara) broke down 4 times. One on the way to safari and ones during the safari and to times one the way home. He used our spare time to fix his car, so both drives to and from Masai Mara took 8 hours instead of 6,5 maximum. And on the safari he did not do anything for us to find and see the animals. We arrived late all times and other times we did not see the animals. - Be aware. He knows people, so on the drive to and from Masai Mara you will stop at his friends souvenir shop and they all say it is good prices, but it is not. They will try and force money out of tourist, so use your sense of reason.
Response from the operator: Hello Rheamk Thanks for your review and acknowledge that safari was good the problem was paul The issue of the car has been noted We will keep Paul in Nairobi to do Airport transfers We apologize on his behalf Please note this will note happen again in future The issue of curio shops should be on request we have taken note on that Please accept our appologies

3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi cost?
+
Prices start at $400 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 72-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara Joining Safari From Nairobi start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep, 1 Day trip to Hells Gate and optional Lake Naivasha From Nairobi, Nairobi Masai village Day Tour Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
