    A wonderful experience

A wonderful experience! Machu Picchu Earth guides accompanied us every step of the way during the three days, giving us detailed information about the tour of the day and also telling us stories of the cities we visited. The shuttle Service that picks you up directly from your hotel is excellent, as is breakfast and lunch included. We highly recommend Machu Picchu Tierra.

Response from the operator: Hola Michela, muchas gracias por compartir su experiencia. Nos alegra saber que disfrutaron de cada momento del tour y que tanto la organización como el acompañamiento de nuestros guías hicieron de su viaje algo especial. Te enviamos un saludo desde Cusco, la capital arqueológica de América.

    I got ripped off.

Don't trust this agency sold me tickets to Machu picchu that didn't exist! Then they called me and told me that oops were wrong in the system and that they would return me in money after a week they returned minus 50 soles I paid it in dollars here the trials of these irresponsible people very careful!

    Bad not this company

It’s was my husband birthday I book for 6 days I pay $1300.00 this company cxl 3 days on us they refund me only $150.00 it should refund me half what I pay, I pay x for them to send me private car from the airport they put me and my husband in the bus waiting 3 hours, then when we get to hotel they took us on wrong hotel then we have to walk half hour to our hotel. We didn’t enjoy at all I pay for all days they took us only for few hours every day. Bad service I didn’t recommend this company

Response from the operator: We're very sorry to hear about your negative experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve this issue.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon cost?

    +

Prices start at $561 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon take?

    +

Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 3-day tour to Machupicchu Mountain 7 colors and Humantay Lagoon?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
