Fantastic Experience
We had the absolute best experience on this tour—truly one of the highlights of our trip! A special shoutout to our driver, Samuel, and our guide, Salodad. Salodad’s English was incredibly fluent, and she went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. Her warmth, knowledge, and enthusiasm truly elevated the entire journey. Samuel’s driving skills were excellent, and we always felt safe and comfortable, even across the unique and challenging terrain. Over the 3 days, we visited incredible places including the Siloli Desert, Dalí Desert, flamingo lakes, and stunning lagoons. Every stop was breathtaking, and the entire itinerary was very well planned. The team paid attention to every detail—they provided rubber boots for walking on the salt flats and even gave us colorful ponchos for fun and vibrant photos. Our guide also took some absolutely fabulous pictures for us that we will treasure forever! They arranged a lovely picnic lunch along with evening snacks right on the salt flats, making the experience even more special and memorable. What stood out the most was the extra care they took for us throughout the trip. As pure vegetarians, we were especially touched by the attention given to our meals—they made sure we were well taken care of at every step. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a seamless, thoughtful, and unforgettable experience!

Your kind words about Soledad and Samuel mean a great deal to us. We will proudly share your comments with them, as they always strive to create memorable, safe, and personalized experiences for every traveler. It also makes us very happy to know that you appreciated the small details prepared throughout the journey — from the special vegetarian meals, the picnic on the salt flats, and the colorful ponchos, to the photographs and personalized attention during the entire expedition. Thank you once again for your trust, recommendation, and for allowing us to be part of such special memories in Bolivia. We truly hope to welcome you again in the future. Warm regards,

How much does 3-Day Premium Crossing: Uyuni Salt Flats to Atacama (Chile) cost?

Is 3-Day Premium Crossing: Uyuni Salt Flats to Atacama (Chile) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Uyuni, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book 3-Day Premium Crossing: Uyuni Salt Flats to Atacama (Chile)?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Uyuni can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?

+

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Uyuni?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Uyuni?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
