23rd Anniversary Trip of a Lifetime!
If you're trying to decide which Yellowstone tour company to book, stop looking and book with Yellowstone's Casanova's Guided Tours—you won't regret it. My wife and I chose Casanova's to help celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the very beginning, Tauni and the team provided outstanding communication and customer service. Every question was answered promptly, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. What really blew us away was discovering that our two-day tour was a private experience. We had expected to be part of a group tour, so having a personal guide for two full days was an incredible surprise and made the trip feel even more special. Our guide, Jackson, was simply phenomenal. His knowledge of Yellowstone's history, geology, plant life, and wildlife was remarkable, and he shared it in a way that was both informative and entertaining. More importantly, he took the time to understand what interested us most and customized the experience accordingly. His flexibility, local expertise, and keen eye for wildlife turned every stop into an unforgettable memory. Because of Jackson's guidance, we saw and experienced far more than we ever could have on our own. He seemed to know exactly where to be and when, and his recommendations consistently led to some of the highlights of our trip. What stood out most was how the entire Casanova team made us feel. We never felt like just another reservation—we felt like valued guests whose anniversary celebration truly mattered. Yellowstone is an amazing destination, but having the right guide can completely transform the experience. Jackson and Yellowstone's Casanova's Guided Tours did exactly that for us. 10/10. Five stars. Highly recommended. If you're visiting Yellowstone and want an unforgettable, personalized experience, this is the company to choose.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this incredible review. Reading feedback like this means the world to our team. First, congratulations again on your 23rd anniversary! We’re honored that you chose to celebrate such a special occasion with us in Yellowstone. Jackson truly has a gift for sharing the park’s stories, wildlife, and hidden gems, and he’ll be thrilled to hear how much his efforts impacted your experience. One of the things we love most about private tours is the ability to tailor each day to our guests’ interests, and we’re so glad that flexibility helped create unforgettable memories for both of you. At Casanova Guided Tours, our goal has always been to make every guest feel like family rather than just another booking, so hearing that you felt genuinely cared for is the highest compliment we could receive. Thank you again for trusting us with such an important celebration. We hope Yellowstone stays with you for years to come, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for another adventure someday. Happy Anniversary, and safe travels!

Book the Casanova Team. You won't regret it!
We had two full days of private guided tours (Lower Loop & Upper Loop) with Jackson booked directly through Casanova Tours. It was fantastic! Jackson was very knowledgeable about the park and the animals and provided an excellent, friendly, and informative atmosphere. We gave him a list of the animals and sites we wanted to see, and he worked his tail off to make it happen. I booked directly through Tauni, the owner of the company, and she was great to work with. We saw grizzlies, wolves, nesting peregrine, mountain goats, black bears, and migrating American Avocets! It's not guaranteed, but because of Jackson's knowledge, we were in the right place at the right time for the animals we wanted to see. Also plenty of room in the vehicle for a family of four. We will be back, and I won't use another tour company. I've met their guides, Jackson, Jack, and Isaac, and they are all excellent. Great work, Casanova Team!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re thrilled Jackson was able to help make your Yellowstone wish list come to life. Seeing grizzlies, wolves, mountain goats, black bears, and peregrine falcons on one trip is pretty special! We truly appreciate your trust in our team and your kind words about Jackson, Jack, and Isaac. We can’t wait to welcome your family back to Yellowstone for another adventure!

2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for West Yellowstone.
How much does 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $1000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in West Yellowstone usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in West Yellowstone is not rushed.
Is 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 35 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in West Yellowstone, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in West Yellowstone can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in West Yellowstone and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2-Day Private Yellowstone Tour(Lower and Upper Loops w Iconic Sites) w Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central West Yellowstone within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in West Yellowstone?
+
West Yellowstone is the busiest park gateway: guided Yellowstone loops to Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic, wildlife safaris at dawn, and snowcoach or snowmobile tours once roads close. On Outty we rank every West Yellowstone experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Yellowstone National Park - Full-Day Lower Loop Tour from West Yellowstone, Yellowstone Lower Loop Tour | Wildlife & Hot Springs | PRIVATE, Full Day Private Tour and Hike from West Yellowstone. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit West Yellowstone?
+
June to September for driving tours, December to March for snowcoach access. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in West Yellowstone?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
