Fair
Overall a good Experience, Erick (our Tourguide) did a good job, friendly and always supportive. But it was announced with different Locations then where we stayed. Game Drives were standard, not reallly specialized. Though as described all-inclusive, Beverages needed extra pay at the Lodge. Maybe this was falsely advertised by Viator.
Response from the operator: Dear Urs, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent 2-day safari. We are pleased to hear that your guide, Erick, provided friendly and supportive service throughout your trip. However, we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the lodge location and the additional costs for beverages. We strive to provide transparent information, and we are sorry that your experience did not align with your expectations for an "all-inclusive" package. We are currently reviewing our listing details to ensure that all inclusions and exclusions—as well as accommodation specifics—are clearly communicated to avoid any future misunderstandings. Thank you for bringing these points to our attention, as they are invaluable in helping us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much more seamless experience in the future.

Amazing elephant sighting
Our trip to Amboseli was amazing! We saw literally hundreds of elephants, with a beautiful view of the sunset in the park. The camp was also very nice. Would definitely recommend!

kind driver with flexible schedule
you can contact with driver by whatsapp and meet with him at airport or somewhere smoothly. you can enjoy national park with great view of mt. kilimanjaro if it is good weather. the morning is the best to see mt.kilimanjaro. car is not landcruiser nor hiace but a normal car. the employee of the hotel lodge was Masai people so i could see their dance and could take a photo of their dance with mt.kilimanjaro view behind. i requested driver to take around the city of nairobi. i didn't know the safetiness of the city so it was good for me to walk around the city with him. and i visited one music shop and got kenyan singer's CD and was really great music. anyway the personality of him is really nice.you can safely travel. remark is the type of the car. and at amboseli rare to be able to see lion, cheeta.
Response from the operator: JAMBO Daisuke Kitano, We are great full that you participated on this trip and more so appreciated and enjoyed the services, about the car i promised you we now have the hiace, and the Landcruiser plans are underway as well. we shall always be flexible with our plans to suit needs of our customers. Thank you so much Daisuke and welcome back

2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive) cost?
+
Prices start at $380 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive) take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive) suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive)?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 2-Day Amboseli Safari with Mt. Kilimanjaro Views (All-Inclusive) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 days group joining safari to Maasai Mara with a Land Cruiser Jeep, 1 Day trip to Hells Gate and optional Lake Naivasha From Nairobi, Nairobi Masai village Day Tour Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
