We chose Heaven Himalaya for our first-ever trek in the Himalayan ranges because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, and they truly lived up to them!! From the very beginning, Ram was patient, responsive, and prompt in answering all our questions during the planning process. We are especially grateful to our guide, Shankar, and our porter, Ganesh, for their support throughout the trek. Even when we found certain parts challenging, they never rushed us and always gave us the time we needed to rest and stay safe. Shankar is also a wonderful communicator with a keen eye for detail. He always made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. On one of the trekking days, he chose a teahouse at a higher elevation because he anticipated clear skies and a spectacular morning view, and he was right! Seeing the mountains that morning was truly magical. We could not have asked for a better team. When we returned to Kathmandu, Ram also arranged a heritage tour for us at short notice with two guides, Padam and Sandesh. They were both knowledgeable and passionate, and they helped us appreciate many cultural details of Kathmandu that we would otherwise have missed. Thank you, Heaven Himalaya for showing us beautiful Nepal, we cannot wait to come back :))

An Anniversary Trek to Remember

We are back for the 2nd time this year, and once again with Heaven Himalaya. This trip was extra special as we were celebrating our anniversary on one of our favourite short treks — the Mardi Himal Trek, which offers breathtaking views of our most loved mountain in Nepal, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). As always, Heaven Himalaya was our first and only choice. We have been trekking with them for the past five years, and we’ve never felt the need to look elsewhere. Their service has consistently been outstanding, professional, and thoughtfully arranged from start to finish. Our guide, Deepak, played a huge role in making this trek smooth and enjoyable. He was attentive, patient, and highly experienced, always checking on our pace, health, and comfort. His knowledge of the trail, weather conditions, and surrounding mountains added so much value to the journey. He also ensured we were well-acclimatised and never rushed, making the trek feel relaxed and safe. Accommodation was also carefully chosen, with the best available teahouses along the route, clean rooms, good food, and stunning views whenever possible. Truly Exceptional Trekking Experience with Heaven Himalayas

I rarely write public reviews, but our experience with Heaven Himalayas was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. My husband, 19-year-old daughter, and I recently travelled to Nepal and completed the Annapurna Base Camp Circuit trek — our first trek and first time in Nepal. After doing extensive research comparing itineraries, inclusions, and costs, we chose Heaven Himalayas — and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, Ram was incredibly patient and responsive, answering all my pre-trip questions (and there were many!) about everything from sleeping bags and e-sims to mosquito spray. When we arrived in Nepal, Ram personally greeted us at the airport and provided a thorough trek briefing. We were then introduced to our guide, Shankar, whose professionalism and warmth immediately put us at ease. He helped us catch an earlier flight to Pokhara, sorted all logistics smoothly, and introduced us to Porzo, our wonderful porter. Throughout the trek, Shankar and Porzo took exceptional care of us. We always felt safe, supported, and comfortable to go at our own pace. Shankar handled everything — organising meals, giving us daily tips on what to expect and what to wear, and sharing his deep knowledge of the region and its culture. He’s a sincere, kind and genuine person. Porzo was also amazing; he made my family feel safe and looked after. He was always smiling, there to help and has a lovely presence. This trip was incredibly special for our family. If you’re considering trekking in Nepal, I wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with Heaven Himalayas. Amazing experience thanks to our wonderful guide

This is the first time I visited Nepal, and the entire experience was perfect! Our guide Dipak made sure we were comfortable, safe, and had fun throughout the trek. On top of that, he even showed us some local sights in Pokhara which were some real hidden gems. He knew all the best spots to see the various peaks of the Annapurna range, and the best timings to see them. From the organisers’ side, both Ram and Sanjib were very helpful in coordinating this package for us, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely book again with Heaven Himalaya :)
