The best safari with Gosheni travels in Tanzania
We went to Tanzania on 1st of January for a one week safari to Tarangiri,Serengeti,Ngorongoro and Manyara national parks with Gosheni travels .The guides William and Zaddock were really good and had a lot of knowledge of wildlife.William explained a lot about them and was very enthusiastic to show us in detail.our whole trip was smooth and homely .William really went out of the way to take us very early in the mornings on our request and made our trip the most memorable one.
Response from the operator: Happy to hear your trip went smooth. Our goal is to exceed expectations and happy to deliver our promise. William is very professional and passionate. When you come visit again, he would welcome you with open arms and a big smile or you are welcome to try other Gosheni guides too. Just get in touch anytime and we would make the best safari for you.

Asante Sana Peter and Bariki!
From August 2022 since we were planning the trip, to the time Bariki dropped us at the airport for our return, Gosheni Safaris ensured we had an unbelievably amazing and smooth trip in Tanzania. Since landing in the Kilimanjaro Airport and receiving a refreshingly warm welcome, we knew we were in good hands for the next 10 days. Our trip started with accommodation in Four seasons Arusha, and was followed by a pick up by Bariki the next day. What was indeed asuring was the personal welcome by Peter where he explained the itenary of the trip which was complimented with exchange of pictures and a reassuring "I will be there, if you need anything, anytime". The following days were unbelievably good and full of surprises. Bariki is sure to not let you have a dull day. He is full of stories and his immense passion and knowledge of animals, completes the trip. He has a skilled eye when it comes to spotting animals, even yards away, hiding in a bush, in places you possible could never spot the animal, if it wasn't for him. He ammeliorates and completes the experience by explaining the behaviours and mannerisms of the animals which just makes the trip an unforgettable experience. He understands the animals, where they will move, what they will do, and he is sure to make you love wildlife as much as he does. We spotted the big 5, a rhino in Serengeti, and what not, Bariki ensures you reach the right place at the right time. The hospitality of the people there is unmatched. The camps that we were assigned were pure luxury, without, with-holding us from swaying in nature's arms. Overall, the trip was one of the best experiences we had and we owe it all to Peter and Bariki. Asante Sane

10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moshi.
How much does 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing cost?
+
Prices start at $6,729 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moshi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing take?
+
Plan for about 240 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moshi is not rushed.
Is 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Moshi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 240-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moshi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moshi and add a light layer if any part of the 240-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 10 Day Great Migration Safari Mara River Crossing start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moshi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Moshi?
+
On Outty we rank every Moshi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour and Picnic Hot Lunch, Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Plantation Half Day Tour, Kilimanjaro climb, Machame Route (7-day). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moshi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moshi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
