If you need a true escape from everyday life, Kenya Tour Budget is an excellent choice. For several days, I completely forgot about deadlines, notifications, and daily pressures. * Lack of Transparency and Support During Our Kenya Group Tour
I traveled to Kenya from Brazil with my group through Exciting Africa Holidays. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not personally recommend this agency for group tours. There were several issues regarding communication and transparency. Some important details and additional fees were not clearly explained before our arrival in Nairobi, which caused unexpected expenses during the trip. In addition, we experienced difficulties receiving timely responses and support from the company during the tour. While the owner, Albert, was friendly in our initial conversations, some of the information provided to us before the trip was not fully accurate. Kenya is a beautiful destination with many professional tour operators available, so I would encourage travelers to carefully review contracts and payment conditions before booking, especially when making advance payments.
