Book a Different ATV Trip
I would never book this excursion again. The ATVs were small, the course was short and narrow and didn’t allow you to really enjoy the ATV. The zip lines were ok; they were really basic and there were about 25 people in our group so it was a lot of waiting. They would not allow you to carry phones because they wanted to force you into a photo package which had several of the same photos but you had to buy the entire package. I definitely wouldn’t book this event again.
Response from the operator: Hi Jermain, thank you for leaving us your comments. I am very sorry that you were not able to enjoy our experience on this tour. The ATV's route has been conditioned in a way that does not affect the jungle and at the same time can be safe for our travelers. Being an experience that is a favorite among adults and children, so we have to take precautions so that no one gets hurt during the activities. For that reason, we do not let you take you cell phone on the activities, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted by taking pictures while riding their ATV. By not using electronic devices while performing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well-being. We appreciate your understanding, have a nice day.

Amazing!!
It was really fun. Even tho it rained while we were there but we had fun. Our tour guide was Miguel and he made the experience great. We were missing some pictures from the package we bought.
Response from the operator: Hello, we appreciate your comments and preference. We are glad that our activity has been to your liking. We look forward to seeing you again!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa del Carmen.
How much does Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack cost?
+
Prices start at $69 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa del Carmen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack take?

Is Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Playa del Carmen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack?
+

Is Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa del Carmen and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Zipline adventure with bungee swing, sacred cenote and snack start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Playa del Carmen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Playa del Carmen?
+
On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
