Amazing experience !!!

Trip was booked for myself husband and I and our 2 teenage sons. What an experience !!! We were collected early in the morning in a private car and had a lovely ride out to the zip lining. Along the way we stopped off several times for fantastic photo opportunities and our guide Rachid made a great photographer for our family shots - thanks Rachid ! His knowledge of the local area was brilliant and answered all the questions we had. We stopped at a women’s co op and saw the production of some local oil and a chance to buy some of their products. They also provided us with authentic Moroccan tea and a selection of breads and dips. Delicious ! We arrived at the zip lining and was pleasantly surprised that we were the only ones there, which made for a great personal experience. I was extremely slow ( frightened of heights so God knows why I booked this ) but was told to take my time and encouraged around the whole course. Afterwards we visited Rachids local village and his mum cooked us the most wonderful home made chicken tagine with some fresh flat bread which we ate whilst looking at the Atlas Mountains. We had such an amazing, authentic, off the beaten track Moroccan experience and loved every minute of it. Would 100% recommend.

Don’t book this

I originally booked this back in January, but unfortunately it was cancelled because of bad weather. I was told I’d receive a refund, but I’ve still not gotten anything. I’ve been trying to follow up since then, but there hasn’t been any resolution. It’s been quite frustrating, especially since it wasn’t my fault the event was cancelled. I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into this and let me know what’s going on

I want my refund

My trip was canceled twice due to the weather, and despite repeatedly requesting a refund, I still haven't received it. Their service is extremely unprofessional .I only got a text at 5 AM, just three hours before the scheduled trip

Response from the operator: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellations of your trip, especially with such short notice. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we deeply regret that you only received a text at 5 AM, just three hours before the scheduled departure. We also apologize for the delay in processing your refund. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we take your feedback seriously. We are currently reviewing your case and would like to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly at +212 637-262996 so that we can ensure your refund is processed and address any other concerns you may have. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and once again, we are truly sorry for the experience you had. Kind regards, The Morocco Luxe Tours Team

Best Zipline Service in Morocco

One of the best Zipline experience my wife and I ever had. Mansoor Rashid picked us up from our hotel on time. After zipline and other activities Mansoor invited us to his house where his wife cooked us traditional Moroccan tajin, salads, breads and of course Breber tea. Overall we had wonderful time and we felt very safe. Mansoor knows the Moroccan and World history very well. We highly recommend him. Thank you.

The Best Adventure with best Guides

Brilliant day out! Abdul was the best guide, gave so much more than information,he gave energy, photographs, history, a sense of group and good humour. The driver mohamed was great, very calm, made us feel safe at all times (even on the mountain roads!). The zip-line was brilliant fun, really exciting and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lunch was filling and felt very traditional in a lovely setting. The hike and waterfall were beautiful. So much more from the day than we expected, would definitely recommend. The group isn’t too big which also makes for a good sense intimacy. Just be warned though, it says 6 hrs, we were picked up at 8.30am and dropped back at 5pm (completely exhausted from a fab day), something to bare in mind

ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family cost?

+

Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 47 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 10. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ZipLine Adventure in Atlas Mountain and Lunch with Berber Family start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
