Zip line fun
We really enjoyed the tour. Everything was great. We felt safe and enjoyed our experience. It was very convenient to get to walk to from the cruise ship and the transportation was great. Two complaints. They don't let you take any pictures with your camera. I get it, it could slow things down and they don't want you to loose your phone, but it forces you into buying their picture package. Which was around $100. So that was an extra expense. They also only provide transportation back to the cruise dock a couple hours after your tour ends. This sorta forces you to buy food and they hope some of their tequila or pay to swim in their pool. Which was fine, but it was a little long for us, but we made the best of it. We did order food and enjoyed the nice patio that looked over the beautiful area. All and all, We would do it again. The facility was great and all the guides made us feel safe and helped us enjoy our time there.

Amazing zip lines!
Great experience, beautiful location and nice guides. The ride was much shorter than I was expecting - the traffic was still terrible in PV which made it long (45-60 minutes), but the distance was actually quite close to the city and can probably be shorter during less busy weeks.

Great Trip!
The zipline for cruise passengers was a great experience! All of the guides including Diego, Esteban and the other guys were great! My kids (8 and 10) had a great time and we all felt safe the entire time.

As seniors in our 70’s the hiking was a bit demanding, but we made it without too much exertion.
Great team that guided us through the zip line adventure!

Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Puerto Vallarta.
How much does Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure cost?
+
Prices start at $55 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Puerto Vallarta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Puerto Vallarta is not rushed.
Is Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 54 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Puerto Vallarta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Puerto Vallarta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Puerto Vallarta and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Zip Line for Cruise Ship Passengers, Puerto Vallarta Jungle Adventure start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Puerto Vallarta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Puerto Vallarta?
+
On Outty we rank every Puerto Vallarta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Winner 2026 Downtown Vallarta Food Tour with Vallarta Food Tours, Signature Taco Tour in PV with Vallarta Eats, Food & Mixology Tour:Tequila,Tacos, Mezcal and Agave Cocktails. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Puerto Vallarta?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Puerto Vallarta?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
