The driver arrived on time as discussed and was friendly and helpful and a cautious driver. However, there was no water provided and would only turn on the AC intermittently even after asking to have the AC on because it was quite hot.

No Driver on Arrival
We landed an hour ago. There is no driver here. We called the driver and he sounds sleep. We booked this service a week ago. This is unacceptable.

They did not come. My name was not written on a paper. Waitet 20 minutes. Die not get money back. Sad. Taxi then was easy to find and cheper. .
