Our tour guide tassos was...
Our tour guide tassos was very friendly and an experienced captain. Welcomed us on his boat with opened arms and was well knowledgable about the stops on our trip. I would most likely take this tour again if it meant tassos was our captain Time and time again. 10/10

Beware of last minute scams
This was a very expensive boat tour sold as “private” on a “bigger/faster/nicer boat”. We went ahead and paid more (compared to the other boats offering the same tour) to ensure comfort and a great experience for my wife and I. At 23:00 the night before the tour, the company messages saying we cannot do a private tour unless we pay an extra 120 euro. They tried to combine us with another family that also paid for a private tour, so they seemed to be hustling both groups for more money. I would say the tour itself was great for the most part, but be aware of possible scams. Since this boat trip was the main part of our Zakynthos trip, we really had no choice but to go ahead and pay the extra money. The trip cost nearly 700 euro by the end of it all. Overall, a good adventure once on the boat, BUT be aware of the possible scams trapping you into paying more money before starting the tour.

Perfect Boat Day
We had the most incredible day! Manos went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and safe trip. The water was a bit rocky bc of the weather and Manos was an excellent driver until we got to the calmer sea. We got to see the shipwreck beach, and even swam in some caves. You cannot beat the views from the boat. I highly recommend this trip!

Definitely a Must-Do Experience in Zakynthos
I was on this cruise this year with my brother and a friend, and we had the most amazing time ever! Dimitrios was our captain and we couldn’t have asked for better company — it was absolutely unforgettable! He was so kind and attentive, always making sure we felt safe and comfortable, but at the same time super fun and adventurous. Not to mention how he was great at taking pictures! He showed us incredible places that were part of the main route but could’ve easily been missed — hidden beaches, caves, and views we would’ve never found on our own. He shared so many interesting stories and little details about Zakynthos that made the trip even more special. You could really feel how much he loves what he does and how much he loves this island — which, by the way, is honestly to die for (so I get it!). It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience — I’d 100% recommend it and would love to come back to explore even more. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zakynthos.
How much does Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves cost?
+
Prices start at $509 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zakynthos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zakynthos is not rushed.
Is Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zakynthos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zakynthos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zakynthos and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Zakynthos Private Cruise to Navagio and Blue Caves start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zakynthos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Zakynthos?
+
On Outty we rank every Zakynthos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Exclusive Shipwreck & Blue caves Tour : Up to 10 guests, Kefalonia Wine Tour, Half-Day Greek Cooking Class of Zakynthian Culture with Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Zakynthos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Zakynthos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
