    Amazing trip. Cave...

Amazing trip. Cave experience was unforgettable. This castle was much much better or interesting than Bled Castle. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide & driver.

    Fraud and little professionalism.

The provider To Do in Slovenia canceled the activity less than 14 hours before it was to take place, I was told it was due to medical issues of the guide and Viator was told it was because the minimum number of people had not been reached, so I do not understand what this absurd survey is about. I just hope that my refund is processed correctly and they have lost a customer for good.

Response from the operator: We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by this late cancellation. There was a genuine medical emergency with our guide, and we apologize that conflicting automated messages from booking platforms made a frustrating situation worse. Your refund was being handled immediately. Thank you for holding us accountable.

    A beautiful day

Good organization. We had the time to do all the visits at our own pace. Visit to Predjama Castle with an audio guide in the chosen language is really great. The Postojna Caves are magnificent. We had a wonderful day.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you had a wonderful day and enjoyed the well-organized tour at your own pace 😊 It’s great to hear you liked the Predjama Castle audio guide and found Postojna Caves so impressive.

not worth the waste of time in Jjublana. best to take the trip not from zagreb but from Ljubljana (spend the night)

we kicked around in ljubljana for 4 hours. 3 of them doing nothing. then we waited an hour after returning to ljubljana for our driver to take us back to zagreb (she had taken people to a trip to Bled and they left 5 hours after arriving in Ljubjana and hence were late getting back. our trip to predjama cave and castle went perfectly.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the visit to Predjama Castle and the cave went perfectly and that you enjoyed that part of the day. We’re very sorry about the long waiting times in Ljubljana and the delay with the return transfer to Zagreb. This is not the level of organisation we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating and tiring that must have been. Your comments are important, and we will review the scheduling and coordination to prevent situations like this in the future.

Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zagreb.

How much does Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zagreb usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour take?

    +

Plan for about 12.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zagreb is not rushed.

Is Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zagreb, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zagreb can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zagreb and add a light layer if any part of the 12.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Zagreb: Ljubljana, Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle tickets & tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zagreb within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Zagreb?

    +

On Outty we rank every Zagreb experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Communism & Croatian Homeland War Tour, Zagreb Highlights: Old Town, WWII tunnels, Funicular & Tastings, Old Zagreb Private Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Zagreb?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Zagreb?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
