Nice Vehicle, Good Communication
We booked a transfer from Zagreb to Split with stops at Rastoke, Plitvica Waterfalls and for lunch. Our driver, Dino, was very communicative. The van was very comfortable with plenty of room for 8 large suitcases and back packs. The stops in Rastoke and Plitvica were a great way to breakup an otherwise long drive. Dino was very accommodating on giving us plenty of time at our stops. They even arranged a guide at Plitvica which was nice to have someone knowledgeable lead us around. Would definitely use them again.

Memorable transfers with Dino
We went with Adriatic Shuttle for our transfers from Zagreb to Split and from Split to Dubrovnik. Dino was our driver on both ends as we requested him for the second trip. He was always on time and very accommodating. We very much enjoyed conversing with Dino along the way. He offered helpful tips for both cities. We ate at Portofino in Split on his recommendation and it was excellent. We did two side trips. One to Ljubljana and one to Mostar. I highly recommend both. The tour in Ljubljana was amazing. The city was beautiful. We toured the caves and castle and it was magical. The Mostar tour involved a meat fest at a place Dino recommended. It was a great meal at a very good price. Go ahead and book with Adriatic and ask for Dino!

Adriatic Shuttle - Awesome Experience
We chartered Adriatic Shuttle to drive us from Zagreb to Split via Plitvice. They were on time for the pickup and Dino, our wonderful driver, made the trip a once in a lifetime journey. We mentioned to Dino how we thought my father had relatives in a town which was on the way and asked if we could we just drive through the town. The oldest relative had since passed, but we had a 30+ year old address. However Dino took it to another level. He asked if he could make some calls to try and find anyone left in the family. Dino stopped the car and made calls to the folks with the same last name. After several calls with no luck, he found some of my relatives still living at that same address, that knew about my father, and got them to agree to meet us for lunch. He also called his boss and explained the situation, which allowed us to modify our trip and meet them. I can't say enough positive things about Dino. He is the BEST DRIVER EVER! We still cant believe he made it possible for us to meet my relatives. This was truly a miracle!!! We don't speak enough Croatian to make the calls let alone to setup a place to have lunch. He even helped translate what my relatives said into English. We would give Dino a 10 rating if it was possible. We will always have fond memories of Dino and now consider Dino as family.

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Zagreb.
How much does Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door) cost?
+
Prices start at $734 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Zagreb usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door) take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Zagreb is not rushed.
Is Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Zagreb, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door)?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Zagreb can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Zagreb and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Zagreb or Zagreb airport to Split private transfer (Door to Door) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Zagreb within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Zagreb?
+
On Outty we rank every Zagreb experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Communism & Croatian Homeland War Tour, Zagreb Highlights: Old Town, WWII tunnels, Funicular & Tastings, Old Zagreb Private Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Zagreb?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Zagreb?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
