No prior email, communication and no show
After being really excited to try their services, I waited at the airport and started calling them after 20 minutes. No answer, so I started sending text messages. No answer. After waiting more than 40 minutes with no communication and severe storm warnings, several car services tried to help me locate them. Finally I asked about the taxi, they pointed me to the first one in the line. Thank you Kumar, my unplanned taxi driver, for getting me from the airport to my destination and hope you enjoyed the tip the other driver would had received.

Great communication- reliable and Megan was super nice! We highly recommend! Our flight was delayed and they tracked and showed up many hours after our scheduled time.

Smooth and premium transfer in Kona
Our driver Megan was not just on time, she let us know in advance she’d be tracking our arrival and made sure that we knew how to find her. It’s a small airport but gets busy with multiple flights arriving. We had cold drinks offered and the van was spotless. Could not have been a smoother transfer to our hotel. Thanks again!
