Great Snowy Day in Yellowstone
Almost canceled due to weather but it ended up being the most amazing day. The park was like a winter wonderland. We saw so many animals and were even lucky enough to see a grizzly eating a meal being pestered by 2 kyotes and a bunch of raven and a newborn bison!!! Elena was so knowledgeable about everything (the animals, the terrain, the history of the park)!!! What a gift to have her as our guide! Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing Experience
We had such an amazing experience with Maia. She was a wonderful tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about Yellowstone. It was incredible to see so much wildlife such as; bison, coyotes, bald eagles, elks, and bighorn sheep. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone. It was such a wonderful experience!

A Must-Do Tour of Yellowstone!
Our winter wildlife tour in Yellowstone National Park was outstanding! Our guide, Maia, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us spot animals we never would have seen on our own. We saw bison, elk, coyotes to name a few and even heard a distant wolf, all while learning fascinating facts about the park and its ecosystem. The pace of the tour was relaxed, the views were breathtaking, and the experience felt personal and well organized. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Yellowstone — it truly made our trip unforgettable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family was in a rear-end accident during this experience
We booked a safari experience with this company during our annual family ski trip, which included transportation to and from the park. While en route, the driver rear-ended a fully stopped vehicle at highway speed. The impact was significant and airbags deployed. My wife and two children (both under 10) were in the vehicle. EMTs evaluated us on scene and, thankfully, everyone ultimately recovered, though there was bruising and soreness following the collision. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or care from the company. We had to initiate contact ourselves days later and never received any meaningful outreach, apology, or effort to ensure our family was okay or to take ownership of the situation. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds matters. I waited several weeks to post this to give them time to do the right thing.

That said, we understand that in moments like this, communication and support can feel different from everyone's individual perspectives. We hear that our efforts did not come across in the way they were intended. Your feedback is important and will help us continue improving how we care for our guests in difficult situations.
