On arrival at Xploration, there’s a presentation on the park from one of our expert guides. Horrible experience
Imagine booking an excursion three months in advance only to arrive at the scheduled pickup time and find that no one was there. The company claimed the driver had already left, which made no sense since we were at the designated pickup location on time. I called customer support and was told another driver would arrive in 5–10 minutes due to a delay. Instead, we were left waiting in the hot sun for over an hour. Eventually, a Destination Services employee took us inside to speak with her supervisor. Unfortunately, he was incredibly rude, offered no assistance or solution, and made the situation even worse by staring at my chest throughout the conversation. I have never felt so humiliated, uncomfortable, and helpless. After waiting over an hour with no resolution, I was left in tears and had no choice but to pay for an Uber myself. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend booking with this company.

This review is about the tour company not the place. TUIMUSEMENT and DESTINATION SERVICES DOMINICAN
So I booked this for two people yesterday and the email said to show up at 8:25 but maybe come 5-10 minutes earlier. I was there and have proof since I went and got change at the front desk for tipping. No one showed up, I called (the phone number was out of service) the front desk tried. I contacted expedia at 9:10 am and they contacted the company who claimed they showed up but we were not there. Can you imagine how upset we were? Now they will not even give us our money back. Its been crickets from them. Now I have to dispute this with my credit card company. NEVER USE TUIMUSMENT or DESTINATION SERVICES DOMINICAN. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I am beyond disgusted at their out right lies.

For animals and nature lovers!!
My visit to Xploration Animal Encounters was a unique experience that I would recommend to everyone. It almost felt like a private tour as there were only the three of us, which made the day extra special. From the breathtaking views to the unforgettable moments we experienced there, this half day was filled with wonders. One of the highlights was undoubtedly feeding the baby goats, an experience that was both endearing and joyful. The most magical moment, however, was witnessing the birth of a baby goat, an event that is rare on the tour. The connection with nature and life in such an intimate way was indescribable. The park is home to an impressive variety of animals, too many to mention, and each with its own unique charm. The employees' passion for their work and the care of the animals was clearly visible, which made the experience even richer. Xploration Animal Encounters is more than just an animal park. It is an experience that you cannot get from a book or film, but must experience for yourself. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves animals and nature!

Brilliant experience
This experience was exeptional!! The tour guide was excellent and full of knowledge. There was so much to see and do and the 3-4 hours flew by! There was feeding baby goats, pigs, milking cows, feeding ostriches, ducks, horse riding, kayaking (if you wanted to) overall so much fun! If you are holidaying in the dominican, book this, you wont be disappointed!!

Island tour
The island was beautiful. The tour took us to the country side. We were driven into the mountains. Amazing views!!! Our bus drive was excellent and kept us safe. Our tour guide was funny. But, had inappropriate humor at times.
