Fantastic Tour!!!
My family was here two years ago and they raved about this excursion. It was definitely worth all the hype. Jason is fantastic and is the quintessential wine guy full of knowledge from his education in France and running the vineyard. Our tasting, cooking demonstration which was interactive followed by the meal was all fabulous. Don’t miss this wonderful wine tasting and food experience.

Full shabang tour
We did the full tour, started with the history and Jason gave us an introduction to the vineyard, has a bit of banter and en outages questions. Followed by a tour of the vine yard a little short in comparison to the grounds, then some wine tasting the wine is nice. Then a cooking class making 3 signature Greek dishes, then an 11 course meal which was traditional and sensational, we had good chat with the other people on the tour. Finished off with a brief tour of the distillery. All in all a great vineyard and winery experience
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted that you enjoyed such a complete winery experience, from discovering the vineyard and local winemaking traditions to the wine tasting, cooking class, and traditional Greek feast. Sharing the history, flavors, and hospitality of Rhodes in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is exactly what this experience is all about. We'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Jason, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable visit in the future.

Awesome experience
11 other friends and I visited the winery last week. It was a beautiful and memorable experience. Jason shared much about his family and great knowledge in wine production, the land of Rhodes and his specific grapes and wines. We were then able to get hands on in making 3 Greek appetizers . The experience ended with us eating approximately 10 different tapas along with their wines. A truly amazing time! Thank you, Jason!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your winery tour, tasting, and cooking experience in Rhodes with Jason. It’s great to know you appreciated his knowledge of Rhodes wine production, local grapes, and family history, as well as the hands-on preparation of Greek appetizers. We’re especially happy that the experience ended with a generous tasting of local dishes and wines shared with your group. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again for another authentic Greek wine experience!

Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.
How much does Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes cost?
+
Prices start at $94 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.
Is Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Winery Tour, Tasting and cooking with the Winemaker in Rhodes start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
