Fun and local.

Linda picked us up at our hotel and took us to the castle for photos. Then she took us to a cantina that produces local fruits/veggies, wine and olive oil. She made sure our tasting experience was comfortable with air conditioning, seating and the snacks provided with the wine/raki/cognac.

Response from the operator: Thank you girls. Glad you liked it

Exciting wine tour with tasting of wine, raki and locally grown vegetables and fruits.

This was a fantastic experience! We had a great guide who told us about the whole process from wine growing to the finished product. We had a tour of the vineyard and the production premises where the wine was developed and stored. It was very educational and exciting to see how the wine was made. 😀 We strongly recommend this tour!

Response from the operator: Thank you. we're glad to know that you enjoyed the tour.

How cozy!!

An absolutely fantastic guide who is knowledgeable about all processes will lead you through the entire farm. You will learn how they create different wines from their grape, how they make raki/liqueurs/olive oil, grow their own fruit/vegetables etc. You can then taste their wines, raki and liqueur together with a table filled with picking food from their farm. It was so good! For such a cheap price I recommend everyone to go there and experience the farm, soon there will also be their own restaurant built on the farm.

Response from the operator: :) thank you so much. I am glad you enjoyed the tour.

Nice guide, good drinks and foods.

We asked for a tour later in the evening, got a private tour with the best guide Linda! Pick up at the hotel, lot of stories abort Albania in general an wine and raki history. The Isak Kantina is a vert nice place, we really loved it! Wines, raki, limoncella and konjak (brandy), together with som bread, cheese, oliven, tomatoes and more.

Response from the operator: Thank you. We appreciate it, the time you spend and of course we're glad you had a good time in this tour. All the best.

The tour was amazing. We got to go the nicest small wine and raki producer where we got to try local snack, wine and of course raki. Everything was delightful. Highly recommend booking this tour and any tour through South Albania Excursions.

Response from the operator: Thankyou for your evaluation

Wine and Raki tasting tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Saranda.

How much does Wine and Raki tasting tour cost?

+

Prices start at $72 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Saranda usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Wine and Raki tasting tour take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Saranda is not rushed.

Is Wine and Raki tasting tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Saranda, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Wine and Raki tasting tour?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Wine and Raki tasting tour suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 20. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Wine and Raki tasting tour?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Saranda can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Saranda and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Wine and Raki tasting tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Saranda within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Saranda?

+

On Outty we rank every Saranda experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols, Tour Gjirokaster,Blue Eye & Lekursi Castle, Saranda Boat Tour to Kakome,Hidden Cave and Beaches with Snorkell. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Saranda?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Saranda?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
