Great place of compassion for wild animals by someone who cares for their well-being. It's good to see people that rescue and rehabilitate misused animals, with room to grow!

Response from the operator: Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the Wild Animal Nature Park tour. It truly is a special place built on compassion, and the team works hard to give rescued and rehabilitated animals the space and care they deserve. It’s great to hear that came through during your visit. We appreciate you sharing your experience with others.

Tigers and Lions and Bears, Oh MY!

This trip to the Keepers Of The Wild Nature Park & Wildlife Sanctuary exceeded my expectations, although we weren't exactly sure what to expect, honestly. Our Desert Wonder Tour guide, was awesome and filled us with so much knowledge and information about the area leading to the sanctuary. We were picked up at our hotel and then enjoyed the scenic drive on Route 66 to Keepers Of The Wild. The manager who took us on the tour was very personable, knowledgable, passionate and caring. We enjoyed and loved learning about the sanctuary and all the animals and how they came about to be at the sanctuary. We were surprised at the amount of animals that get surrendered by owners that shouldn't have had them in the first place. The setting was peaceful and enjoyable. We were the only ones on our specific tour which we found very nice, but we also walked around a bit on our own, as well. After our 2 or so hours at the sanctuary, we headed back to Laughlin but luckily our driver stopped off at a General Store so we could take some pictures and get a few souvenirs. I would definitely recommend both the tour company and visiting the Keepers Of The Wild Sanctuary.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that the scenic Route 66 drive, your guide’s knowledge, and the sanctuary tour all made your visit memorable. Keepers of the Wild is a special place, and we’re glad the peaceful setting and personal attention added to your day. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you on another adventure soon.

Keepers of the wild tour was Super!

We love to come to Laughlin and we had never been to an animal sanctuary. We had a Funtime and learned a ton about the animals at the sanctuary! Cynthia was the guide at the park and was great 👍 she fed the tigers and lions treats and shared stories about the animals with us. We also stopped at a photo op desert gift shop and took a few pictures on our way back to Laughlin.

Response from the operator: Valued guest, Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you had a super time on our Keepers of the Wild Nature Park, Route 66 Tour in Crozier Canyon. Exploring Keepers of the Wild Nature Park sounds like it was a wonderful addition to your visit to Laughlin. We're delighted that Cynthia, your guide at the park, provided an informative and enjoyable experience by sharing stories about the animals and allowing you to interact with them up close during feeding time. It's great to hear that you also enjoyed the stop at the desert gift shop for some photo opportunities. We strive to include memorable moments and picturesque stops along our tours to complement the main attractions. Thank you for choosing our tour and for recommending us on Tripadvisor. If you have friends or family looking to explore the natural beauty and wildlife of our region, we would love to welcome them for another fantastic tour experience. We look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.

How much does Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon cost?

    +

Prices start at $149 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.

Is Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Wild Animal Nature Park Scenic Route 66 Crozier Canyon start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?

    +

Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?

    +

October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Las Vegas?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
