⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took the Wild Agaves Hiking Tour with Mezcal Tour Experience Oaxaca, and it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Ramy, was incredibly friendly and professional. He has a Master’s degree, and you can really tell by the way he explains everything. He educated us. He didn’t just show us mezcal — he taught us about it in depth. His passion and knowledge made the experience so much more meaningful and authentic. We visited an agave field where we saw wild agaves in their natural environment, which was absolutely amazing. We also stopped at a beautiful lookout point with breathtaking views — perfect for photos and to appreciate the landscape of Oaxaca. If you’re a hiking enthusiast and want to learn about mezcal in a genuine and engaging way, this tour is definitely for you. Without a doubt, the best company to book with!

Best nature walk with the best tour guide
If you share a love for mezcal and enjoy hiking, Ramy is truly the perfect guide for exploring this stunning national park. We started the day at a charming local breakfast spot before starting this adventure. Ramy’s deep passion for mezcal and nature shone through every moment. He shared fascinating insights into the mezcal production process, taking us behind the scenes to understand how wild agave (some of which can take up to 25 years to mature) is harvested traditionally and the manual labor that goes into it. My highlight was definitely the end of the tour when Ramy surprised us with an unlimited mezcal tasting. Sipping on delicious mezcal while taking in the breathtaking mountain views was an unforgettable experience. But what really set Ramy apart was his kindness. After the hike, he took us to his favorite seafood spot, and even went out of his way to show us the Tree of Tule, making the day all the more memorable. If you love nature and mezcal, don’t hesitate to join a tour with Ramy—it's an experience you won’t forget!
