From the very beginning, he made us feel safe, confident, and excited about the adventure ahead. Palinda is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He clearly explained the safety instructions and rafting techniques before we started, which helped everyone feel comfortable even if it was their first time rafting. During the trip, he guided us expertly through the rapids while also making the journey fun and entertaining. The scenery along the river was absolutely beautiful, and Palinda even pointed out interesting spots along the way. His experience and calm attitude made the whole trip feel both thrilling and safe at the same time.
