No wonder these places hate tourists.

Wasn’t advised before the coach collection how long it would take nor were we told it was stopping in other places on the drop off … we were collected in can picafort at 8.30 am , and stopped along the way for other passengers and dropped some of before we hit the water park taking a total time of 2hr and 10 mins .. I highly advise booking a taxi if your as far out as we were as shouldn’t have taken any more than 50 mins to get there. They also expected to pick us up at 3.40pm after we’d only got into the park by 11am after waiting 15 minutes for the guide to collect our bands ,we stayed till it closed and luckily got an uber back although it was expensive. The water park itself is nice , the main pool is relatively big and is situated nicely near a food hut and the lockers, was disappointed with having to queue to use a lazy river and that there was hardly any floats meaning you were only allowed round once on them, unless you had a fast pass of course , people cutting queues was a NIGHTMARE ! staff did as much as they could but in all fairness there isn’t enough staff to customers. They work very hard trying to make it fair for everyone it’s just unfortunate not all holiday goers have any manners …

    Big waiting times!

This place is a tourist trap. Unless you are willing to pay the additional money for fast track, which takes the price to around 75 euros each (not including locker and sun bed hire) you will be queuing for over 90 mins for the Grand Canyon, which actually isn’t that good. A part from the two water chutes which you can go down together as a family, the rest are the same as you find at any hotel with a water park. Not worth the money. The whole park needs maintaining and cleaning as well. The wave pool is the only positive but that is packed as only on a few times throughout the day.

    Amazing time

It was an amazing experience for my boys (age15). They went off & I only saw them when they were hungry. Suitable for all ages.

Expensive day out without the quality

Booking through Viator was slightly cheaper however it did not specify all the extra costs once you arrive here. €7 for parking €7 for lockers with a €5 deposit €5 per bed Some staff were rude and not accommodating. Food and drink is over priced for quality, two items that we tried to order ran out by 1.30pm at lunch time. Water slides were okay. Kids enjoyed them. Overall felt like a rip off for spending £136 for 4 tickets.

Western Water Park, Entrance tickets: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.

How much does Western Water Park, Entrance tickets cost?

    +

Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Western Water Park, Entrance tickets take?

    +

Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.

Is Western Water Park, Entrance tickets worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Western Water Park, Entrance tickets?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Western Water Park, Entrance tickets suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Western Water Park, Entrance tickets?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Western Water Park, Entrance tickets start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mallorca?

    +

On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mallorca?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mallorca?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
